Dakpark Rotterdam

What an absolutely wonderful phenomenon: rooftop park above a shopping street (Big Shops) on one side and residential area on the other side. Due to water shortage most of the grass has turned brown but that doesn't spoil the beautiful views. This area is reachable by tram line 23

Dakpark is an incredible modern day over the roof park. There is a whole commercial area beneath it where you can find lots of markets.

Coming to the park itself, It is a beautiful park to spend time with family especially in the summer, there is plenty of space to even do bbq. A nice, serene place to take chill out and let the children enjoy. There are some sprinklers too to get your feet wet in the hot weather.

Overall, a fantastic and well maintained park.

Good place for Kids

It's very nice green park. Lots of space which you can relax and take fresh air. I had been there when was sun. Everything was perfect. I recommend it !!

Super Nice spot to hang out, picknick and chill when the weather is Nice. There is a Tiny pool with fountains where the kids can wet their feet and run around

It's clean and nice. There are a bunch of bunnies everywhere. They are the cutest thing you'll see running and hoping around 🐇

A very nice and calming place and also a nice floor to skate and more and also picknicks and to walk around so yeah just a chill place

Beautiful area where you can chill and enjoy drinks and foods while having lovely views of Rotterdam. Besides it is situated one minute walk from the attractive neighborhood Delfshaven

Impressed architecture @Vierhavenstraat in Rotterdam. Shopping, giant parking lot, restaurants and green park combined on one piece of scarce grounds of the city. Also a giant improvement with great success.

Wonderful place for relaxesation, and have great view to port and city, under the park is a great shop selection and parkis is also here.
