Hotel de Vrouwe van Stavoren

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The big wine barrel was great, it had a beautiful bathroom with a very nice shower, a pretty room with a comfortable couch to sit and a very cute sleeping room with a nice bed. The barrel part reminded me a bit of a Hobbit house. I really liked the fact that when you open the door of your room you are immediately outside. The food was nice and the staff was very friendly. It is a very charming hotel in a lovely town and just around the corner of the train station.

This place was amazing. The staff were beyond helpful and kind. They assisted us with translating the local language into our native tongue. The food was fantastic. Super fun atmosphere. Would to go back and spend more time there.

Very friendly people and sleeping in the wine casket was awesome. We had the welness casket. Clean room, comfortable bed, bottle of wine waiting for us. We made use of the lovely jacuzzi and steamshower

Great service, nice hotel, they have wifi, nice beds, cozy calm comfy , we ate at the hotel's restaurant and was good, chicken with salad and fries, everything was great

Heerlijk vloerverwarming in de badkamer.
Terrein buiten lag een stalen trap zag er iets rommelig uit.

Een nachtje verbleven. Genoten van het wijnvat met welness. De ruimtes in de wijnvaten zelf zijn wat klein, maar daar zit je of slaap je. De ruimte van de welness is erg ruim. De sauna en whirlpool is een aanrader. De douche is echt breed en ruimtelijk, erg fijn. We hadden midden in de zomer geboekt en dus was het binnen erg warm. Die warmte kom ook niet makkelijk weg, maar er was gelukkig een ventilator. We hadden een hond mee, en ook daarvoor was het een prima ruimte. Het parkeren kan niet bij het hotel maar is prima en gratis op vijf minuten loopafstand.

Stormachtig weer en na het uitwaaien op de dijk was het hier goed toeven.
We boekten een overnachting. De kamers waren prima in orde en het ontbijt uitstekend!
