Great museum showing how people in the area lived and worked during the 1700, 1800- early 1900’s. We visited on a day when the museum wasn’t open so we just looked around the outside when a wonderful man came over and took us on a personal tour. Warten is where my Dutch ancestors came from so I was overjoyed to get to see inside the museum. Such kind people live in Warten! I really enjoyed learning about the history of the village and with the little English that our tour guide spoke combined with the great displays and photos we got the full experience.
