Nune Ville

This was such a delightful surprise! The homeowner herself gives the tour and it’s really their passion, they have lovingly curated this jewel box of a historical home, with its layers of stories around Margot, her family, Van Gogh, servants, and even refugees from the Gestapo. We could not believe our luck to find this!

The whole house is an amazing world with interesting exhibits that keeps so much history and memories inside. I have never been in a place like that. I am so impressed!! Thank you so much for the amazing stories about Van Gogh’s life and incredible adventure we had visiting your house. Very interesting tour, worth to visit if You love Van Gogh, You'll discover a lot of anecdotes and touching stories from the owner.

Great place full of information. 3floors full of facts from Vincent life. We really enjoyed it and 3rd floor has interactive tv for children.
Friendly staffs and lovely coffee place. Recommend to visit it, also when you are in Eindhoven without car, few minutes by bus.

On Saturdays, they do a guided tour every hour. The last one is at 16:00. Just wait outside with the rest of the guests and someone will come along.

It's interesting to know that the Nune Ville was the home of one of the known lovers of Vincent Van Gogh - Margot Begemann. Inside the house, you'll get to see beautifully framed and exquisite 19th Century paintings of some of Van Gogh's friends.

There's also a part of the house where you can see an attic that used to be a room where a jewish boy hid during WWII.

It's also possible to do an arranged tour for your own group on other days if you cannot do Saturdays! But you have to contact them directly and there's a fee.

Please be aware, it's not that uncommon, but this place does not accept cards. So be sure to bring some cash.

Geweldig interessante en leuke rondleiding gehad! Jaqueline vertelt zo enorm boeiend over Vincent van Gogh, zijn leven en de tijd waarin hij leefde! Je hangt werkelijk aan haar lippen! Zeker een aanrader deze tour!!

Boven verwachting meegenomen in de wereld van Vincent van Gogh. Jacqueline verteld zeer gepassioneerd met duidelijk veel kennis van zaken over het leven van Vincent die wij tot dan alleen als schilder kennen. Hoe speciaal is het dat de rondleiding plaats vindt in het huis waar Jacqueline zelf woont. Dank je wel!

Wij hebben een mooie en informatieve rondleiding gehad in het huis van Margo door Jaqueline Bekkers, die in dit huis woont. Ze kan zeer bevlogen vertellen over de historie van het huis dat prachtig in de oude stijl is ingericht. Indrukwekkend dat boven op de zolder een jonge man ondergedoken heeft gezeten tijdens de 2e wereldoorlog. Ik heb heel erg genoten en kom zeker terug.

Der Besuch dieses wunderschön restaurierten Wohnhauses der ehemaligen Geliebten Van Goghs ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss für Alle die wirklich mehr über das Leben des Künstlers wissen wollen. Das Haus ist nur zur Teilzeit ein Museum. Die wirklich herzliche und freundliche Besitzerin lebt mit ihrer Familien in diesem schönen Gebäude und kümmert sich damit um den Erhalt. Bei rechtzeitiger Anfrage ist es möglich eine Führung durch das Wohnhaus zu erhalten und auch eine gemütliche Tasse Kaffe auf dem Sofa mit einem kleinen Pläuschen sind möglich. Heel interessant huis, erg leuk om de rondleiding te doen. Jacqueline Beckers is heel vriendelijk en beschikt over een brede kennis van het huis en zijn bewoners. Eigenlijk een must als je op zaterdagmiddag in Nuenen bent.

Genoten van de rondleiding en de prachtige collectie. Hier zit zo veel passie en onderzoek in!

Zeker een bezoekje waard.
