Ideaal dat ze ook gewoon twee automaten hebben en je dus ook buiten werktijden om gewoon medicijnen op kunt halen. En hoewel het een eerste afgifte betrof kon het gewoon via de telefoon uitgelegd worden zodat het niet bij de balie afgehaald hoeft te worden.

Goede uitleg bij medicatie. Ook wordt gecontroleerd of nieuwe medicatie samengaat met reeds voorgeschreven medicatie.

Good service. Once my doctor made a mistake ans the person in the desk fixed the problem, but I had to collect my medicine next day because they didn't have it.

Handige ophaalautomaat buiten. Vaak druk namelijk dus lange wachttijden. Wel duur (over the counter). Gratis parkeerhavens voor de deur.

Goede medicijnen zorg

Zonder dat medicatie is opgehaald wel declareren bij de verzekeraar. Kreeg een rekening van €150 eigen risico terwijl ik er in heel 22/23 niet ben geweest. Na contact met de verzekeraar kreeg ik van 2022 nog €250 terug. Over 2023 kreeg ik ook nog €135 terug ipv dat ik moest betalen.

Ik begrijp dat als een doorlopend recept niet wordt gestopt door de arts dat het voor jullie ook niet duidelijk is, maar ondanks dat het niet is opgehaald declareren jullie het wel. Dit is niet netjes!
