This place have lots of options for sofas or you can say Majorly sofas.
We visited there on weekend but it’s easy to visit and check each and every sofa. Staff is very helpful, they suggest sofas and eagerly ready to help. I specially wanted to thank a guy named Damien, he helped us to choose the right sofa. Delivery charge is i think bit costly, but anyways sofas are good.

An amazing experience all around. The showroom was full of samples to view and with product and design knowledge of the staff, I was able to choose and order the perfect sofa for my living room with ease and under no sales pressure. I will definitely shop at seats and sofa again.

We ordered a Portland bank for our new house from the Mijdrecht outlet. The design is kind of custom made where we replaced the cup holders, with a single seater, altered the terminal and added an electric recliner to one of the seats. The bank was delivered after a very long waiting period of 100 days in production (of course agreed by us indeed). The delivery was planned, executed and assembled very well. On delivery, the product was fully covered and secured on all sides. The people who came for installation did a very neat and tidy job to assemble the bank in quick time.

I am writing this review after using the bank for sometime and we are very much happy with it. I would definitely recommend this place and hope they will continue to provide the same kind of service.

Good selection of sofas includin L and U share couches. The couches can be selected with different fabrics and colors, and most of them can be also further customized with different shapes and sizes. The sofas are built up from modules so they can be extended/shortened/modified to L/U shape, including built-in storage or sofabed as requested by the customer. The delivery time is between 6 and 12 weeks. The price ranges difficult to follow from the information leaflets. There are often sales and actions, so the price feels rather flexible than set in stone.

We came with the intention of buying a sofa but we didn't really know what we wanted and what the options were. Luckily we got great customer service. Vince spent an hour and a half with us and helped us make the decision to buy a great sofa. He offered great options for choosing shape, color, type of material and we got a discount! We are incredibly pleased and thankful for the help and we recommend it to anyone who would like to purchase a sofa with the best customer service in the area :)

So nice and clean. The client service is perfect and the availabilty of product is beyond my expectation.

Update on my previous review:

After giving my first review, I have come down here to see there are quite some negitive experiences with this branch and I asked myself, have I reviewed them too soon? Even before the delivery? Well, yes I have! Too soon.

The story:
I have arranged for the delivery date and the couch has reached the house until the door. Here is the problem, it won't fit in! The couch is bigger than the door and neither did the store warn us about this nor have we thought of this earlier as I was expecting it to come dismantled like the ones from IKEA. I was wrong, and it came in two big parts and now it won't go in. I have called the store immediatly to be greeted by a lady from the winkel. I had explained her the problem and asked her what can be done to slove the situation. In the most unconcerned tone, she said 'Yeah, this is your problem. Put the couch on Marktplatz'. That very second, I asked myself, are all the negitive reviews right? Am I now helpless? Keeping the emotions under control, I asked if we can do some exchange / store credit / etc. She continued giving me similar answers and I have decided there was no use speaking to her any more.

Solution:
We went to the winkel the next day and explaind our situation to 'Alex', the store manager. We made sure to communicate that we were there to find a solution and not to play the blame game. Alex is very resonable and understanding person. Without much argument, he offered us a store credid (as an exceptional case) and we have (by paying some small additional amount) exchanged it with another model, which Alex managed to deliver under 48 hours. We couldn't be happier. We had a problem, and it was fixed by Alex.

Conclusion:
- If you have a problem, it is benificial to keep the emotions in check and focus on discussing solution than playing a blame game.
- As much as you do not want to be there with a problem, they do not want you there with a complaint as well. So they will fix the issue as long as the discussion is focused on solving the problem and not getting emotional about it.
- Speak directly to Alex and no one else if you have a problem with a purchase from this store. He is super helpful, logical and understands the issue (if it is genuine)

The rating:
Will still give it a 5 star. Happy wit the couch, service, delivery and problem solving mindset of Alex.

A Hidden gem near by Amsterdam. We’ve been looking for a couch that meets our requirements in price, colour, dimensions, etc. for over 6 months. We’ve got to know about this place through a friend, who also purchased one a day before, and we went to check it out. It has a lot of options that would cover a wide variety of pricing and customisation. Good staff. Would definitely recommend the place.

Lorenzo was a great help, he answered our multiple questions and helped in finding the best Sofa.
