Vriendelijk, meedenkend, een bank die er nog voor de klant zelf is

De enige bank waar mijn klanten facturen indienen (te betalen vanuit bouwdepot) die tijd rekt, al 5 weken aan het wachten. Bij andere partijen maximaal 14 dagen. Dit kost mij geld, wie compenseert dit? De SNS verschuilt zich achter het feit dat ik niet de klant ben, dus ik moet maar betalingsherinneringen sturen naar mijn klanten. Met andere woorden, als er vanuit mijn kant een aanmaning verstuurd wordt (waar kosten aan verbonden zijn) is mijn klant de dupe van de trage afhandeling van deze club. Blijf hier weg!
