My wife and I have bought this TV cabinet from Furnea and have been very satisfied with the product as well as with the timely delivery. No surprise with the product that is identical to the one advertised: we got what we paid for! As might be seen from the photos, the furniture is a perfect fit for our living room :)

We bought a tipi bed for our son. It’s perfect and very sturdy. We have talked with the customer service few times for some requests (delivering after holidays and returning an item). Both times they replied quickly and have been very kind. Very recommended!

I was able to find the bureau desk I wanted only on Furnea's website. The delivery took slightly longer than anticipated, but everything arrived in good condition. I am very pleased with the communication I received from customer support.

I ordered a bar tray here. It was delivered fast but unfortunately some parts were defective. Their reaction was quite fast - they asked me to provide the numbers of defective details to replace them. Instead of getting the replacement for defective details, I got another bar tray. This time there was something wrong with the quality once again - the parts were made incorrectly so I couldn't assemble them together. I contacted furnea once again asking to send both trays back to them and get a refund. They returned money and asked to keep both trays or/and to get rid of them - as I wish. In the end I didn't get the tray (and spent my time on attempts to assemble it) but I got my money back without problems and furnea employees were eager to help to keep me as a client satisfied. So I would say - the quality of the thing that you want to buy better to check offline, but the customer service is great!

Very easy to work with the Furnea team from the very beginning. They are passionate and friendly, you can't go wrong with them. Kenan is doing an excellent job in growing the business and bringing high-quality products into his catalog.

Furnea’dan bir baza, yatak ve köşe dolap satın aldık. Dolabın iç hacmi çok geniş ve fonksiyonel, içini raf, çekmece vs. ekleyerek zevkinize ve ihtiyacınıza göre oluşturabiliyorsunuz. Tasarımı da çok sade ve şık. Satın alma esnasında personel çok yardımcı ve kibardı, ürünler de söylenen tarih aralığında elimize ulaştı. Dolabı monte etmek ve talimatları okumaya çalışmak biraz uğraştırdı ama ilk defa yaptığımız için bizim acemiliğimizden de olabilir. Neticede ortaya çıkan sonuçtan memnun kaldık.

Ik ben meer dan tevreden met de aankoop van mijn dressoir. Ik gebruik deze als tv-meubel. De kwaliteit van het meubel is boven verwachting. Het materiaal is solide en stevig. Mooie stalen pootjes en greepjes. Bovendien was het erg makkelijk om in elkaar te zetten. Ik had wel wat verwacht maar voor deze goede prijs is het echt boven mijn verwachting!

Onlangs een salontafel gekocht en staat er mooi bij, dus tevreden mee. De salontafel werd ook binnen de verwachte levertijd geleverd. Enige minpuntje zijn de instructies die werden geleverd bij de tafel; er staan een paar fouten in waarvan je in de war kan raken (o.a. platen die verkeerd zijn genummerd). Gelukkig al menig kasten in elkaar gezet dus ik kwam er nog wel uit, maar duurde wel wat langer.

Ik ben erg tevreden over Furnea, zowel over het kastje als de service. Helaas had ik zelf een beschadiging veroorzaakt, balen natuurlijk als je een kastje net nieuw hebt. Via de mail had ik heel prettig contact en heeft Furnea meegedacht over een oplossing. We hebben de beschadigde onderdelen nogmaals mogen ontvangen zodat we deze konden vervangen. We zijn er heel blij mee!

Erg tevreden over Furnea B.V. Kapstok besteld. Bleek een probleem te zijn bij de bezorger. Furnea daarvan op de hoogte gebracht. Kreeg meteen een zeer correcte mail dat de zaak door hen bekeken zou worden. Dit gebeurde ook dezelfde dag. Werd geregeld dat de bestelling opnieuw geplaatst zou worden en ik de volgende dag mijn bestelling alsnog binnen zou krijgen. Ook dat gebeurde. Mijn complimenten voor deze zeer prettige afhandeling. En voor de mooie, praktische kapstok.

Ik heb bij Furnea een salontafelset gekocht voor een mooie prijs en van zeer goede kwaliteit waar ik erg blij mee ben.
De service van het bedrijf is goed. De artikelen worden goed verpakt en snel geleverd.
De bezorger was vriendelijk, Fred van de klantenservice ook. Hij zorgde ervoor dat het artikel op de gewenste dag bezorgd werd.
Mijn volgende bestelling doe ik zeker weer bij Furnea, ze krijgen van mij een dikke 10!
