I stayed there in December 2020!
Due to lockdown most of the facilities were closed, however it was possible to get snacks at the snackbar.
I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
The house was spacious and in a good state of maintenance. The public areas are maintained well, too. It is about a 10min walk to the beach which is beautiful too.
One point that was slightly annoying: the washing machine is in a little utility room. Most of the other houses had their garden chairs outside whilst mine were crammed in this room, meaning I couldn't get to the washing machine. Not a major problem but it wasn't ideal. Other than that I had a great time.

Very nice vacation park. We have found everything we might needed. Spacious cozy sitting room. Our own sauna was very suitable during colder days. The sea is around 1 km away, we have rented bicycles and could enjoy sea by various sea pavilions. There are plenty of activities around, Sluis, Breskens are visit worth, just to mention a few. Our pet was very happy to stay here too.

We had a really nice weekend here with our friends and dogs. The houses have enough space, nobody needs te sleep in the living room for example. It is close to the beach, what was perfect for the dogs.

Beautiful and quiet place. Close from a gorgeous beach. A lot of nice équipement. You can find lot of good restaurants around.If you need to take time in nature this is for you! Perfect for family holidays it's just perfect.

Great resort close to seaside (4 min bicycle ride). Modern spacious cottages with full range of appliances. On site bakery with fresh bread every morning. Supermarket 15 min by car in breakers. Cadzand, t zwin, sluis, breskens and knokke within bicycle distance. Brugge 40 min & gent 65 min by car

Verry beatifull location, sooo quiet en peacefull. If you like hiking or riding your bicycle you will love it hebe. Cottage was in great state and had enough cookingutensils for a big family. Comfy sofa's!!!!

Very nice and big houses by the water, children facilities are a bit smaller then other Landal Parks but still big enough.

A very good place to spend some days of holiday. Also with the kids. Swimming pool for the little ones. One for the older. Just don't expect to swim some lanes as an adult :-)

About Nieuwvliet
Village in the Netherlands

Nieuwvliet is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is located about 5 km north of Oostburg, in the municipality of Sluis The village was first mentioned in 1514 as Nieuvliet. "Vliet" means stream. Nieuw was added to distinguish from another vliet, however there are multiple candidates. The current village developed after the Groote Sint Annapolder was poldered in 1602. Around 1650, the polder contained two hamlets: Nieuwvliet and Sinte Pier. Nieuwvliet was home to Dutch Reformed, and Sint Pier to Mennonites. The Mennonites built a church in 1656, and the Dutch Reformed followed in 1658. Most of the Mennonites left, and the congregation of Sinte Pier was dissolved in 1777. The Dutch Reformed church was damaged during World War II and restored in 1949. Nieuwvliet was home to 830 people in 1840. It was a separate municipality until 1970, when it was merged with Oostburg. In 2003, it became part of the municipality of Sluis. Nieuwvliet-Bad is a seaside resort near Nieuwvliet. It has a very wide beach, and contains bungalow parks, campsites and recreational areas. source
