Een huisje met een prachtig uitzicht over de duinen. Wie voor zijn rust komt, is hier minder op zijn plek. Het huis is aan de buitenkant goed geïsoleerd, maar de woningscheidende wand is dat niet. Je hoort wat de buren in hun slaapkamer doen. Wie dat op de koop toeneemt en niet te veel luxe verwacht, vermaakt zich hier prima.
Ik was hier in de herfst van 2021. De woning heeft geen zonwering en grote ramen op het zuiden. Hoe warm het in de zomer wordt, weet ik niet.
