We were very surprised by the level of fair prices to the high level of quality.

We visited Fonteyn a couple months ago and we were amazed by the size of it. We were not used to not see stuff around in the store so we found a friendly young lady, her name is Anna Maria.
She walk with us for a bit while explaining how it works over there and she was very friendly with our dog and she even brought him some water.
We told her we were interested in a spa and she called one of her colleagues to check if they are available to help us.
We were chatting with her and all of a sudden we found out that we come from the same country. Who could have imagined. Anyways Christian came to assist us further.
What a charming guy! He was very patient with us and he walk us through the process of buying a spa , what is necessary to prepare and everything that we should pay attention to.
About a week ago our spa was delivered.
My experience so far is outstanding!

Really really really outdoor living mall! Good stuff en informatif staff. Worth it to drive 1.5 hour to reach there. Better idea for our backyard 👌

I own a Passion Spa and needed help getting parts. Arno at Passion Spas Europe has assisted me with the correct article numbers and descriptions and has been very helpful.

Absolutely huge outdoor living mall, I think it's a one of a kind in this country. They predominantly sell spas/hot tubs, bbq's and accessories, sheds, greenhouses and outdoor/patio furniture. I have never seen so many spas together in my life. They also offer BBQ cooking and sampling classes which is fun for a company outing or birthday celebration. Plenty of staff walking around; very friendly and hospitable. They offer all kinds of complimentary samplings throughout the store like fresh orange juice, poffertjes, tortilla chips with salsa, etc. There's a big greenhouse set up like a cafe where you can talk to a salesman. I think you have to make an appointment in advance or otherwise wait until one is available. Free parking.
