Great food, lovely atmosphere. Adequately priced. Pleasant service and nothing was too much of an ask. Great all round. Could get really busy at peak times.

Right opposite a water front so after dinner we took a long casual walk.

We have been here several times and everytime the beef is just perfect! Try the hot Bali beef sauce! This time I tried avocado fries and what a nice surprise, super tastey. Wine selection is ok. Salad is good, hamburger big and delicious. Friet portion is too big, good for 3 people. Prices are normal. Our food came in an hour but servers were always smiling and they are all very friendly so no worries!

What a lovely restaurant! Close to a tiny boulevard where other restaurants come close. The menu is various and the tenderloin I ate was very delicious!
The waitresses where very nice and reacted really well to the guests. The dessert was só good. Strawberries with vanilla ice cream and whip cream, what else do you need?!
It was really hard for me to make a reservation because it was short day and also because the restaurant is really popular, but sweet Anna made it possible for us! Credits to Anna for making this possible!

Don't worry about a reservation guys, Loetje is spread all over the Netherlands! 😄

3 years ago they were the best and now they still are the best place to have a fantastic steak in Amsterdam. Table service still has some room for improvement, but was overall ok.

Nice place in a calm afternoon. On the river, so in a good weather can watch boats pass by. On the other side - popular cyclist and motorbike path.
Prices are not much lower than in Amsterdam but for the location definitely appropriate.
Quick and attentive service (mostly).

What an amazing steak! 300 grams of high quality meat smothered in onions, bacon and chicken livers. İt was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit.

Very good location, friendly staff and good food. The ossenhaas (beef tenderloin) with jus was perfect. Schnitzel was good and so was the burger. The only disappointment for me was the bread they brought to dip in the jus. It was just toast bread :) definitely worth the visit

Fabulous steak dinner! Be sure to have the shrimp croquettes appetizer. They are amazing! And excellent creme Brule for dessert. An excellent evening 😀

Amazing steak with a choice of incredible sauces served with the usual sides but also a traditional sliced bread for mopping up that awesome sauce, 😋 yum

Lovely place. Charming building. The food is delicious. Really enjoyed visiting this place. The Jamón Serrano was very tasty and melted on the tongue. The Rib eye excellent. The Loetje toetje amazing. Best 'Cortado I have had in a while. Coming back soon.

I was not expecting such a big restaurant in Ouderkerk. The service at Loetje was as always amazing: quick and friendly. The menu offers a great variety. Soup was great and sate delicious. I actually had no space for a dessert but I’m happy I took it as it was super nice.

Great meat, in a spicy sauce. The Bali ossenhaas is a great choice. It does not come with any side dishes. You have to order fries, grilled union or shrooms separately. The atmosphere is great for a Wednesday evening. Packed tables and even people having drinks at the bar. The Interior is cozy and the music is mellow. Staff is friendly and responsive.

Dogs were allowed as long as they stayed under the table. Which is great for some people. Just make sure your dog can handle crowded places.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the Loetje restaurants

They have a great terrace for a good weather right by the canal and you can even park your boat there. Good food! I highly recommend the bali steak and the fries.

The Loetje San de Amstel is a wonderful. The service and decor are pleasant, the service is attentive, and the food is delicious. The Loetje Liver is perfectly prepared and delicious.

It is wonderful to be able to share there with your dog son !!! The food is delicious and at a very good price.

You can't go wrong at Loetje, no matter which one of their locations. Just love their food, always served to perfection. This location is definitely a nice one.
