Cityden Zuidas

I booked this hotel again for my visit in coming month for the reasons below;

Room: Nicely designed with all amenities like dishwasher, fridge, cooker. Laundry room available on the floor.

Service: Super helpful and attentive staff. We received a great welcome and brief about the hotel and facilities. Front office team made every effort possible to meet our additional requests such as wake up call, change of bed preference. Restaurant staff also went beyond and above to satisfy our expectations with professional and kind service. Even we arrived after breakfast closing time, the chef still made some breakfast available for my little son. Restaurant area is really cool and cosy with chimney and sofa settings. You can spend hours reading a book or working on your laptop as you enjoy your coffee. Housekeeping lady was very kind to explain how the washing machine works.

Location: 10 minutes walk to a big supermarket. 2 minutes walk to tram station that connects you to the centre of Amsterdam. Easy access to shopping malls and markets with just a few stops.

Facilities, all worked perfectly, bed was very comfortable. Nice staff and the location ( 5 min. to tram, metro etc.) very convenient.
I'll certainly come back to this Hotel.

The location of this place is amazing, close of super market, tram line that goes straight to Amsterdam.
The the rooms are so good and confie, if you just want to take a moment and chill on your room. You have different room choices to better fit your needs with a very good price range.
And finally and most importantly, the staff is the best, they are able help you with anything you need, giving the best advice on were to go and they are the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
Will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel long term for over 2 weeks while looking for a place to settle down here. It was like my home, fully equipped with everything necessary for living. The staff was friendly, the accessibility to the city, and the surroundings of the hotel were beyond reproach. Excellent!

We stayed at Cityden Zuidas for one week, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When our flight plans changed last minute, we were able to easily adjust our room booking with no hassle. It was greatly appreciated. The location of this hotel is very convenient. Being so close to the train station was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to others.

Really nice hotel and studio room. 20-30 mins by tram into town. Good cooking facilities. No toaster though. Friendly staff too! Only issue was the duvet… it didn’t stay in the duvet cover very well and came out throughout every night.

I’ve been in this hotel with my family and friends.
I was exited about sauna in hotel that you can use almost in any time, and after that just take a tram to Center of Amsterdam (so this position is absolutely lovely) or you can easily get to metro and from metro ride in any other location in Amsterdam.
Also want to express my respect to girls that were on reception. I really felt with them like with my friends that I can always ask for help or advise.
100% that I would recommend this hotel to my friends, etc.

I had a quick amsterdam trip two months ago, booked a last minute reservation here and it was a nice experience. Front desk girl was absolutely gorgeous & super helpful.

Two big things that she helped me out that I did not know(because I didnt do my research) was that in Europe, power outlets are not the same in US. Also there is another hotel key card you use for the lighting in your room. She went above and beyond and helped me with those.

The room was quite nice, cozy, clean and above all, quiet. They have a restaurant up top and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I loved it. Breakfast was ok but not the best.

Location was perfect between the airport and downtown with a 5min walk to the nearest tram stop. If you need to buy some stuff, you’re only two stops away from Jumbo supermarket. Room rates are not bad either and yes I would recommend this place.

A really wonderful place. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room was clean and had lots of useful appliances. It was a room that comfortably fit 3 adults in. There were plenty of towels, pillows etc.
The restaurant and bar on the 6th floor was lovely and provided a tasty continental breakfast. It was raining but I imagine the rooftop seating area would be lovely to spend time on in the sunshine.
The location is lovely but if you want to explore Amsterdam, it’s a 30 minute commute to there (taxi). There was a metro station 3 minutes walk away which was very useful! 100% would stay again.

I've had a great experience at this place! Quiet, safe and comfortable hotel with a nice cozy room was great for our family journey. I would like to recommend it!

It was a great stay at Cityden Zuidas! Thank you so much for all service you gave me. The restaurant on the top, the food, the view and the people there were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by Trem from Amsterdam South Station, is located in a quiet and pleasant location. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, electric coffee pot, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The Jumbo Market, located 2 stops before Trem, had all the ingredients we could cook. There is almost no ambient noise in the hotel, so you can sleep deeply at night quietly. Above all, it was close to Trem Station, making it easy to get to and from major tourist attractions in the city. As long as you go to Amsterdam South Station, you can travel to all parts of the Netherlands via NS Railway. It's a really good accommodation.

I am very satisfied with our one-night stay at Cityden. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. We checked in in the late afternoon and went straight to the rooftop bar for dinner. The restaurant has a nice view, with the downside that you have to order and collect your food from downstairs and bring it upstairs yourself. Yet, the staff was quite nice, and the food was good, so it was a minor issue. Back in our room, the bed was quite comfortable, the full-on kitchen was clean and convenient for longer stays, and so was the bathroom, with its large shower. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of a tram stop, about 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Zuid station, and 20 to Museumplein, with no changes. A well-stocked supermarket, Jumbo, is only two tram stops away, or a 15-min walk, which will save you money on restaurants in central Amsterdam. The airport is also accessible by public transport in about 40 mins. from the hotel. I would definitely come back in my next visit to Amsterdam!

Very nice place to stay. Tram very close to go downtown (5 and 25). You can buy ticket at the reception. Beautiful bar/restaurant at the top floor

Convenient, clean, very good position and well furnished.
Suggested for families to visit amsterdam without staying in the center. Close to bus and well served by public bus.

Great experience and helpful staff, Thank you for everything, next visit sure will be in the same hotel. Very near to tram station and quick transportation to the centre and other locations.

Everything perfect. Just one thing and It isn't a criticism,just and advice: the lamp above the table is a bit low. Getting up from the table we bumped into it several times. I would recommend raising it a bit.

A special shout out to Harm in Reception for his exceptional service. He was able to help out two very tired Australians who just needed some rest, a bed and a shower. He was very kind to look and see if a room was available (which we understood is not always possible) and was able to check us in a little earlier, nothing was too hard. He was very informative, efficient and friendly. You made two Australians very happy and turned our first day in Amsterdam into a wonderful day !!

Very nice place and the staff was very good. The location was excellent as a quick tram to Amsterdam Zuid and then the M52 to Central. The room was very quiet and well appointed. The food shops were just a couple of metro stations away which was very convenient. The only oddity was the outdoor signage to point to where you go in was hard to find initially. I know that this is being rectified shortly which is great. I would recommend this hotel/apartment to anyone
