Htel Serviced Apartments

Location is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are very spacious. House keeping is good. I was here for 1 month. The experience was good and comfortable. It's a minute away from the bus stop. And 10mins walk from supermarket. It has a 24hour shop which provides basics like soda, munchies, chips etc.. loved the facilities. All in all.. a great choice for a comfortable stay.

The serviced apartment room size is large close to 40 sq feet and is furnished very beautifully. It's a 5 minute walk from ouderkerkerlaan Metro station from where you can take M52 which goes directly to Amsterdam Central. They also have a laundry that you can use 24/7 free of charge. The steaming room, gym and swimming room are modern and kept well. They have a coffee machine in business lounge where you can have free cappuccino and coffee. The staff is very helpful. You will also get fruits in the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I totally enjoyed being at Htel Serviced Apartments. The fact that I could cook my own meals and basically live as though I was in my own house was really a plus. The location is also great as the bus station is barely a minute away. Bus tickets can be gotten from the reception and this makes movement so easy. I only wish the cleaning service could be done at least twice a week as opposed to the once a week. Also, it will be nice to add a blender to the amenities for those who need to blend stuff whilst cooking.
In all, we had a good time and would definitely come back

Let me talk about this wonderful 👏 😌 🙂 😊 place, the architecture who made this you are genius en finish lines waw 👏 pro, I was surprised, Usually I visit places in Holland they don't really get my attention too much only if is very expensive villas or rich neighborhoods. But these place is not really expensive let say (ok) en the apartment looks great, i love Amstelveen city , but if you rent or you buy an apartment hier you will thank me later. People who are living hier very nice people en very quiet building. In the front of this building you have a small shopping center, lidl, voomar , kruidvat, Turkish grocery, en more , parking is maximum 2 hours, the control is always in the afternoon 😀 😄 😉 👍. A good Accommodation i stayed here for 3 months .The location is very good near by to all like metro station, Groceries stores, Shopping center .A room was very clean and specious. A best part that we can cook in the room and has all basic necessary required stuff in the kitchen.
A WiFi is very well managed on all floors .
A overall good stay .A view from windows is very good

Good size studio exceeding expectations. Basic kitchen utensils of good quality available. Supermarket nearby
Only gripe is cleaning is just once a week. If you want frequent cleaning then you have to pay €35. Other than that nothing to complain

spacious room, adequate kitchen equipment, friendly staffers, and communal laundry room are best points of this establishment. It is a value for money, if you want to stay away from the noises of Amsterdam Centraal, while want to be as close to to city (or Schiphol airport). Supermarkets are within walking range and open until quite late, in case you want to cook up something for dinner. A health facility (hospital), bus stop, and train stop are available just down the road. The downside, they may not let a third occupant, depend on the type of the room (ask the receptionist beforehand of you are going to stay with more than 2 person).

Nice place for a long stay, helpful staff, affordable prices and well equipped rooms. Just need attention regarding the wifi that suddenly drops sometimes.

I stayed here last year Aug 2016 to Oct 2016. The location of nearby is awesome. A good place to stay, very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and good service like laundry, Mini Swimming pool, Gym etc.
It was a pleasant stay here and would like to visit again :)

Beautiful place love the fact its out the city but can easily get their by Metro.. staff were so polite room was outstanding and what you get for the price your liturally laughing. When I go Amsterdam again I won't even bother to consider any other place to stay. This is my first choice.

I stayed there for couple of weeks. I loved it very much. They are very neat and clean. They have gym and conference facilities also. Staffs are professional and always ready to help. You'll worth every penny.

One of the nice service apartment to stay. Nice homely feeling, has good amenities like swimming pool, suana n turkish steam, laundry, gym. In room you get tv, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, gas, dinning table. Bathroom has bathtub. If you are lucky you will get River view

Good location, friendly staff, good public transport network, compact n modular apartment.
Location- ouderkerkerlan n centrum metro walkable. Tram also runs from centrum.Closer to jumbo n AH for quick grocery shopping. Buses outside apartment hardly few steps to airport, Uithoorn, bilmer arena etc(199,146, 149)etc. You can buy daily pass for unlimited public transport commute(tram train metro) from htel reception before switching to chip card.

Friendly staff-They took extra pain to adjust the height of bicycle to make it convenient for me to ride. Bicycles in very good condition.
I don't have anything to complaint or crib as it exceeded my expectation.

Compact apartment -Kitchenware provided was sufficient to do the basic cooking. Iron n heater provided. Good view from window.
Bottom line is I really enjoyed my stay as I love walking n prefer to public transport anyday, will give 5 * rating.

The room is very large. Love the room, the kitchen, the gym, laundry machine. Very close to metro station to central, and bus stop to ajax arena. There is a convenient store near the hotel. Really love this hotel.

Economical service apartments with kitchen and all utensils. Best for people coming new to the place. They have spa turkish finnish and swimming pool along with Gym. Very conveniently located and connected via buses.

We can call Htel as a home away from home. They have good wifi on all floors. Every room has a well equiped kitchen. Their rooms on higher floors have lovely views. The location is well connected with metro and bus. Jumbo and Albert Heijn are just a short 10 mins walk away.

Comfortable spacious room with required amenities. Washroom, gym, sauna, swimming pool. Business area with complementary coffee.
Good value for money

Very nice place to stay in Amstelveen. It's close to Amstelveen metro station and has all amenities like swimming pool, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Food and beverage vending machines. Amsterdam central is around 30mins away if you take metro. Bicycles are available on rent.

Very nice and helping staff. Rooms are very well equipped. Very close to Ouderkerkerlan metro stop for easy access to Amsterdam.
