I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the services I received at AVIS. As I am using their service since last 2 years, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism. Every time I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. This level of punctuality is greatly appreciated. The communication from the AVIS your team is always clear and transparent. During last 2 years they never charged me any amount that was not communicated.
What sets their service apart is the evident commitment to customer satisfaction. AVIS team especially Mr Shaquille and his team values their customers, and this customer-focused approach does not go unnoticed.
Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received and will not hesitate to recommend AVIS to friends and family. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and enjoyable one.

We had a great experience here renting a moving van. Shaquille was very friendly, checked us in gave us a brand new van, and made sure we had everything we needed from a handtruck to moving blankets. The return policy was very relaxed, we could just leave the van at the store and drop the keys in the safe. We'll definitely be back!

Shaquille's service is world class, beyond words as he is the best person I've met in hospitality line. Throughout my 21 days in UK and Europe, i have been disappointed with the service from 5 stars hotels to restaurants, and when I came across Shaquille and his team ( Ramzi, Yassin, and Abel), i was really surprised that an exceptional level of service could exist in a world branded car rental company like Axis. I had to walked in to the outlet due to some errors on my booking online, i was received by Yassin and i asked if I could speak English, the team responded definitely and with smiles
This was a wonderful experience as they saw we had young children, Shaquille and his team spared no single efforts to ensure our family of 4 was feeling comfortable and secure in their rental shop. Ramzi chatted with us and introduced places where our children could go, and Shaquille went the extra mile to ensure my crying daughter was comforted with a toy car. I was taken by surprise with this world best car rental company as my previous experiences with Avis was not what i have imagined. They have kept the place really clean and neat from any clutter, there was a variety hot drinks available and i do not have a single complain of how well my experience went today. As a very well travelled person crossing the globe frequently, the attitudes and hospitality of Shaquille and team was something i have never crossed across in my past 20 years

To the management of Avis Autoverhurr outlet, you have the the greatest team and gem of your organization, i would return to rent a vehicle from this Avis outlet only if Shaquille and team are around. Shaquille was very accommodating. I flew in from America & everything was ready for me upon arrival. Incredible experience, he was even available to help me late at night when I had a question about the car. Great experience.

One of the best places to rent a car and the staff is so friendly and nice. I had a 21 day rental with them and Shaquille and his colleagues were all very friendly in getting me a car as per my requirements, answer all my questions as well as helping me over phone when I needed assistance. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! Me and my team attended IBC2022 exhibition in Amsterdam and the last day of the show, we contacted several rent-a-car companies in Amsterdam and none (including other Avis branches) apparently had cars available. Fortunatelly, I went to AVIS agency close to RAI and met there the manager, Mr. Shaquille van Heckers, who dedicated one hour to my request and has found the right car for me and my team (Volvo 90). The next morning we rented the car. I would like to highlight the Mr. Van Heckers support and service and to recommend his branch for all car rental services.
