Na 30 jaar klant te zijn geweest, nu toch overgestapt. Personeel erg onvriendelijk, telefonisch word je uitdrukkelijk te verstaan gegeven dat je echt niet moet bellen omdat het te druk is. Zo druk dat je in ons geval, de medicijnen van iemand anders meekrijgt. Een vaccinatie die je moet ophalen van de arts, kan je na de vaccinatie niet terugbrengen. Daar moet je voor betalen! Hoezo? Ik heb al voor de vaccinatie betaald. Dan maar in de vuilnisbak deponeren? Te gek voor woorden.
Nu overgestapt naar een andere apotheek. Wat heerlijk is het om nu weer als klant met respect te worden behandeld. Mensen, stap over!

Schandalig behandeld door een medewerkster, verder medicatie niet op voorraad die ruim anderhalve maand geleden was besteld. Gelijk klacht ingediend
