Japans Restaurant TAO

I was being taken here by two very good friends. The food was beyond excellent and created with expertise and passion. Service was attentive and sweet. My only complaint which isn't their fault was a rowdy, loud and obnoxious group next to us. Would go again.

The best Japanese Resto we've ever had in Netherlands! I surprised my husband to dine during his Birthday and he had so much fun with it. We both like the food, wine, sake and the service! Thank you to Shing Yin and Dunya for making my husband's birthday extra special. Kudos to the Chef!

We were group of 16 people and we took chefs choice 6 course menu. It takes like 3 hrs for the entire food journey so come prepared. We had a complimentary soup and edamame to begin with followed by two rounds of sushis, two rounds of main courses and ice cream platter to finish it off. Hands down one of the best sushi I have ever had in my life. The freshness in the preparation and taste is out of the world. Definitely worth the money.

This place doesn't disappoint. Yesterday we had the best grilled lamb chops ever. Absolute bomb.

I came all the way from UK for this Sushi. This was groundbreaking sushi. The best I've ever had. The snow crab roll was the highlight. The white tiger was a close 2nd. Greeted by the owne, who delightfully took our coats and then we were promptly met by the waiter who was cheerful, attentful and promptly took our drinks order. A 10/10 experience, would recommend to family and friends across the world.

My boyfriend loved tuna sushis! He is tuna addict.
And I love the romantic atmosphere inside and also friendly staff.

We ordered online for two time. The quality and taste was perfect as well as the food design. When we picked up our order, the staff answered our questions nicely with a big smile. And the last but not least, they were always on time.

Not only superior japanese cooking, but one of the best restaurants ever. This is top-notch and no compromise on freshness and quality.
Ambiance is informal but still polite and helpful.
Busy place so book in advance. Prices are above average but we'll worth it.

Absolutely the best sushi I ever had, staff had perfect suggestions. The only place I know where the vegetarian sushi is equally enjoyable to the ones containing fish.

We just let them bring whichever they thought we'd like, and everything was just perfect.

By far the best sushi in Enschede. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Love the atmosphere and everything they serve is really good. Would definitely recommend it!

I had a great experience at tao. The food was well presented and had a nice depth of flavor to it. If you're a fan of japanese food I would highly recommend it. Of course this doesn't come with the cheapest prices however quality can be reassured.

Best Japanese place in Enschede. Sushi is just amazing, also meat dishes are well executed. Highly recommend. A bit pricy, though.

Best Sushi I've ever had!! Tried it Berlin, Stockholm etc...but the quality, presentation, taste and atmosphere at Tao is just simply the best!!
