The shop deals with 2nd hand bikes.It is ran by 2great guys named Chris & Martin. These guys are gems, they are honest and give you great service as though you are a local. I bought a 7 geared bike off them because they give 3 months warranty and they really really look after you. Replaced my seat for free and gave a silicone phone holder as a free gift. Basic service cost about 25EU (oil and tuning). Go to them and support your local!

I was able to buy a nice bike from them. Even if their price range can be considered on the pricey side for a student, they are always very nice and helpful. They will help repair your bike for good prices or even for free under some conditions which makes the price worth it! They are also very student friendly thanks to their custumers service and opening hours. I would definitely recommend them! When the buses are running they are also really close to a bus stop which is very convenient.

Guys there are so nice and explain all the things about your bike, plus they also speak good english, which is not common in many bike services there. They fix everything on your bike for an awesome prices. If anything goes wrong with my bike again, this is the first place I’d go. :)

For me, staff attitude towards customers is very important. these guys made it very easy to buy a bike. They are very helpful and they explain in details. The price is a bit high but still reasonable for the quality they provide. Absolutely, i would recommend it to everyone 😁🙃

I love this place. Two years ago I bought a bike here, up till now I've never had any service/repair, cause it wasn't necessary.
I had some issues with my locker, they fixed it, pumped the wheels up, changed batteries for my flashlights for FREE.
I would really recommend this place if you want to buy a bike/repair it or whatever.

Great service and friendly employees. Seldom do you go to a place to have your bike repaired and you end up staying there an hour. Not because the repair takes long but they provide such a positive atmosphere that you feel comfortable to stay.

Top-quality service and the best bike prices! As an international student, I only needed to visit the shop once to get a nice bike and have only serviced it twice in 9 months!! They also provide a warranty, and give you coffee!

Great place for students!! Very nice people, always ready and eager to help you with your bike. Before making any reparations, they tell you how much will it cost and what they will exactly do, and the prices are really good! Also, you get a substitution bike while they are repairing yours!! My three years of university in Enschede have nearly passed, and I have been visiting only this bikeshop all along for any bike repairs or service!

Ever since I came here in September 2018 I bought a great bike and have been using it ever since. I have visited Rockdog only 3 or 4 times (for minor service, I'm lazy like that sometimes) for the whole 3 years, so I can recommend their durable bikes for sure.

The people working there are also friendly and helpful :) 5/5, nothing else to be said.

Got my bike fixed here. These guys are super passionate and know what they're doing! While my bike was there I got a rental bike and stayed in contact with the shopowners over whatsapp. I agreed to them repairing more things on my bike that were also broken. In the end I payed more than I anticipated but since they replaced parts of almost half my bike they actually gave me a super low price. I will keep going here to get my bike fixed.

Staff is friendly, attends to you quickly and is very professional. They will also make sure to get you back on the road as soon as possible, no matter what bike you have :)
Also they know english pretty well compared to other stores in the area
