Huttopia De Roos

Lovely natural camping (there's also huts available for rent but I can't say anything about those) with generous plot sizes for tents and good amount of trees for shade. Kids absolutely loved the creative and exploration activities provided by the camping as well as (natural) swimming spots. Also the location is nice that there's plenty of cycling and walking routes around. The pizza from their pizza bar is also definitely worth getting.

It was the first time my family and I went camping. We picked De Roos because of referrals from friends. And I must say: the recommendations were well founded.

The location is beautiful. The staff friendly. The activities entertaining. The washrooms clean. And the finally, the rest and quiet rejuvenating!

We had a beautiful pitch next to the river. The camping site is very spacious and nicely designed. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy access to hiking trails and cycling paths. Great bike rentals, lots of activities to do. Friendly staff. We stayed in a Cahutte cabin with a dog and a toddler and we had enough space, it comes fully furnished. We REALLY enjoyed our stay at Huttopia de Roos and we are looking forward to explore more Huttopia campgrounds in the near future :-)

Beautiful camping, well maintained and well organized. The toilets and showers are clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Lovely campsite in beautiful countryside. Wonderful bike rides in the surrounding forests, near to nice towns. Organic dairy farm selling its own ice cream a highlight. Worth spending a while here. Cafe on site, differing reception hours depending on stage in season so worth calling ahead. Only strange decision was the washing up sinks right by the loos leading to people washing their feet right where you then do your dishes.

Wonderful campgrounds, lovely scenery, and tasteful accommodation. Truly a great place to relax and decompress. The location surrounded by forest and on a small river was a big plus!

Lovely, natural campground along the Vecht River with large camping spaces with hookups for RVs, 9 bungalows with kitchens and tent spots as well. It is very peaceful and very green with trees, yet sporty. Two beaches, 5 playgrounds, a basketball court, a soceer field and many biking trails keep everyone happy and active. Tea House for light snacks, coffee and tea!

Camping De Roos is so peaceful and pristine. Love it here. Would love to stay the entire summer. Bikes and everything so well maintained. Wish my grandchildren were with me. They would love the playgrounds.

Nice and clean camping with good swimming spots, especially the ones on the Vecht river. A great family camping.

We had the greatest time ever!! We will definitely come back next year. We also appreciate how clean the toilet were and how friendly the staff was over there

Fantastic family camp site that focuses on nature. Does particularly well on not over crowding, and swimming in the deep river vecht is wonderful.

Lovely clean campsite with spacious pitches,plenty of sports to join in with and Ommen is a great local town.
