Contact per email verliep goed en tot dat we heel vroeg ( 07.30 ) daar zijn (uit Rotterdam ) en horen we dat 1 persoon binnen mag in de wachtruimte wegens Corona.
De andere mag buiten het gebouw wachten of ergens anders heen en of in de auto 2,1/2 uur wachten ( zei die dame voor het balie ) kijk maar wat u doet, u mag wel naar de wc.
Ondanks de harde regen en nog donker.
Staat nergens in de email dat men alleen moet komen (wel iets over begeleiding, inmiddels is de tekst aangepast)
Het programma nu maar ingekort en de scan niet gedaan.

Wij vinden het niet erg om te betalen (ook niet weinig) maar klantvriendelijk en ook meer menselijkheid zou beter zijn.
