Best Western Plus Grand Winston

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. The staff were really friendly and it was nice to see a friendly face after a tough journey when I arrived late on the Wednesday night.
The room was lovely and clean and the bed was probably one of the more comfortable beds I have slept on when at a hotel. Aircon in the room was nice also as the room was quite warm when I arrived.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of bits to choose from. The pancakes were my fave on the second morning.
Overall a good stay and I would come back to this hotel. Thank you Best Western

The rooms are quite big and enough for a couple.
I was just searching for a hotel which is close to Dan Haag and located in Delft and that's why I've booked a room from Best Western. Prices were effordable, rooms are quite and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved it, the rooms were clean, and were cleaned daily. Good breakfast on a daily basis.

This is second time our group stayed at this hotel. The room have refurbished and gladly the glass shower enclosure is gone! Very pleasant stay , good location and very friendly staff.
John the manager was super accommodating and allowed to keep our luggage after check out .

The hotel is providing best possible services, well equipped rooms, open buffet with all variety of food, 24/7 open reception to communicate and help the guests, working towards satisfying and making our customers happy with positive experience possible.

Very nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, better than expected from most hotels. It is recommended to take the deluxe room over the standard one if the price difference is small, the deluxe room has a separate bathroom with a modern shower, the standard rooms offer little privacy when together and certain necessaties take place.

Fantastic stay. Stopped for one night to do the 'local' Parkrun ( which meant after the parkrun I could get back and get showered before check out) Great links to public transport (trains/buses/trams) and a short walk to a variety of shops and food outlets.
Had a fantastic night sleep, bed was amazing - didn't want to wake up!
Had sensored lights either side of the bed that would go off when moving infront. Had tea and coffee making facilties, and a great rainfall shower (no bath). Had soap dispensers on the wall.
Was very thankful there was a USB plug socket to charge my devices! Definitely would stay again very clean, safe and enough facilties for a humber of nights.

Good situated hotel with good rooms and good value for money.
It's all very clean and the beds are nice and comfortable.
The rooms are spacious and you have all amenities needed.
A nice size bathroom with good towels to complete it.

Stayed in a room located at the Kessler wing of the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Highly recommended for short stays.

Located very close to the train station in Rijswijk.

Definitely enjoyed staying at the Grand Winston hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and very quiet. The staff are really friendly and ever so helpful if you need anything like tram tickets or directions. The food in the hotel restaurant was also pretty good. But, like a lot of people are saying, it's a bit far from the city centre. We just jumped on a tram (the tram station is right in front of the hotel) and were in the city within 10 mins.

We’ve had a lovely stay here! The hospitality and customer service of Oguz, Jeanette, Jesse, Everon, Sawitree, Vinaye, Sylvia, Mabeem, Pinky, Magina, Sari Emii, Ross and the rest of the staff has been IMPECCABLE from day one!

This hotel survives only because the personnel at the check-in counter do EVERYTHING to resolve any issue you might have ... 5 stars only for them..The bathroom design in the rooms is terrible. No privacy and odors invade the room if room mate is doing their things

We had a great time! The restaurant has a piano and delicious food. The hotel very close to the Hague and to the beach - Scheveningen. Dogs are allowed. Very good breakfast!

Impressive hotel with friendly staff, a decent but huge breakfast. The innovative bathroom was something new, but took some time getting used to. Overall a pleasant experience.

Check in was quick and staff are friendly. The room was bigger than expected. The breakfast was great.

The location is convenient if you have business to do at Shell in Rijswijk. The rooms are large and the buffet breakfast is very good.
