Super personeel. Goede uitleg over je medicatie, bezorging aan huis indien nodig. Ik ga niet meer naar een andere apotheek.

ik kan mij totaal niet vinden in de negatieve recensies. ik wordt altijd zeer netjes en vakkundig geholpen en kom al jaren bij deze apotheek.

over apotheek Steenvoorde geen klachten, wel over het aantal websites dat ik zie als ik Benu apotheek opvraag.ik krijg van alles, maar niet een site waarop ik simpele oogdruppels kan bestellen.

Je krijgt je medicijnen maar let goed op de juiste dosering, je wacht heel lang in een kleine ruimte, en er is geen privacy. Er is een goed assortiment van over the counter hulpmiddelen te koop

Wat ik nodig had was er niet

Vrijdagochtend via huisarts medicijnen besteld met verzoek te bezorgen. Begin van de avond geen deurbel gehoord! (is er wel gebeld?). De medicijnen waren door de brievenbus gepropt zodat de doosjes gesneuveld zijn. Eerder nooit last gehad met een vriendelijke bezorger met bakfiets. Ik dacht dat het overhandigt moest worden. Jammer!! DD 11 Dec medicijnen via huisarts besteld welke ik al 10 jaar gebruik. Wordt er gevraagd gebruikt u het voor het eerst. Nou vraag ik me af hoe de administratie daar is! DD 8mrt 2024. Voor mijn vakantie gebeld of er geen medicijnen zouden worden gebracht. Het antwoord was nee. Pas 11 mrt zou er bezorgd worden. Wat denk je. U was niet thuis stond op het benu briefje. Tjonge.dd 20 mrt. hebben ik en mijn vrouw medicijnen bij huisarts besteld. Wordt dan standaard thuisbezorgd.het is dus hetzelfde adres. Medicijnen vrouw werden bezorgd maar ik moest ze uit de automaat komen halen. Tjonge tjonge.

I have sent the doctor prescription per email and received confirmation that my medicines will be ordered. I was supposed to be informed per email once my medications were ready to be collected. As I havent heard anything the next day in the late afternoon I have called the pharmacy. The lady on the phone said that my medications were NOT ordered she did not know anything about my medications and couldn't say who sent me the confirmation letter! How come that the pharmacy has such a mess! This is life threatening! I needed these medicines urgently. Not having them could be even fatal. As the prescription was coming from the doctor in Belgium it turned that this doses are not available in the Netherlands. The pharmacy should have informed me about it immediately when I sent the prescription so that I could contact the doctor instead of confirming that my medicines were ordered and making me wait! I was left alone without medication or any help! I asked for help but lady on the phone said that she cannot help me. She could it say how this could have happened. I asked if there was a procedure for filing a complain because it is life threatening and she said that I could write her an email and she will pass it further..Luckily I managed to contact my GP who managed to contact the doctor in Belgium and I got my medications at the Hospital late in the evening. Enorm stress and disbelief as if it was a candy shop and not a pharmacy!
