Very nice spot in the city of Schiedam. Nice and warm inside in the winter month. Cozy atmosphere and very nice and friendly service. The food was delicious and well in portion. Immediately with 1 or 2 dishes that my companion didn't like, something else was offered that certainly fell in favour. Delicious wine package with dinner also possible.
Made Cocktail was also great in taste. Clean and tidy inside and very nice that they help you even with your coat.

We had a 5 course menu and a glass of wine for each dish.

The cutest table we got on the upper floor and the food and atmospher was just great!

Good restaurant, great chef. It's michelin-star worthy food, quiet during lunch time.

Can't say enough about this place to tell you how perfect your experience will be if you ever visit this beautiful restaurant. The location (next to the water), the atmosphere (so much history in this building) and the crew are everything you could wish for. And on top of that: the food. It's been carefully prepared for your with the utmost attention to detail. The wine pairing is insane and will leave you speechless. We'll definitely come back here!

A wonderful restaurant in the heart of Schiedam. Had a delicious 7-course dinner. The amusee, red bread and the iberico dish where the pearls of the evening to me. The rest was also very good. The atmosphere is fine, but would be even better with light classic/jazz music on. I'm only sad that I missed the wonderful creations of dishes I saw on Instagram, like the bonsai or butterfly dessert. It's a piece of art, so they definitely should make more dishes like that! Anyways I definitely reccommend this restaurant. With a little finetuning the Michelin star will be earned soon!

Perfect meal, 5 courses, all well balanced, atmosphere could be a bit better. But the restaurant was not to blaim. A infant was making a lot of noise.

Heerlijk 5-gangen diner gegeten. Complementaire wijn arrangement was ook bijzonder lekker. Dank voor het heerlijke eten en de leuke avond! Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Heerlijk gegeten, via de restaurantweken een 5 gangen menu (bij elkaar zelfs 7 met een amuse en een pre-dessert) en tussendoor ook nog een bieten broodje met geitenkaas en een Rotterdamse kaas/mais broodje op het terras aan het water.
Ongedwongen sfeer en zeer vriendelijke bediening

Heerlijk gegeten en ontzettend fijn bediend door een dame. Een aanrader! Fijne, gemoedelijke, rustige sfeer.

Wat een ontzettend fijn restaurant, de kok is een kunstenaar. Prachtige gerechten die overheerlijk smaken. Wij komen zeker terug.

Heerlijk gegeten. Wat een feestmaal. Ambiance is zeer intiem en gezellig. De gastvrouw en gastheer stellen je prima op je gemak. De gangen worden op tijd gebracht. Niet te snel maar ook niet langzaam. De gerechten zijn heerlijk en zeer speciaal van samenstelling. Om heerlijk te eten en een avondvullend programma te hebben is dit echt een aanrader!!!

Wat een smaaksensaties! Prachtige eetbare kunstwerkjes zijn wat ons betreft de beste omschrijving. Eten is hier een belevenis.
