Brasserie Stadhuis

Our experience at Brasserie Stadhuis was absolutely delightful! The dinner was delicious, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. The service was exceptional, and we left feeling thoroughly satisfied. We are looking forward to returning to Brasserie Stadhuis for another memorable meal. A big thank you to the staff for their outstanding service and for making our evening so enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a fantastic dining experience!

Lovely café brasserie housed in the historic building that used to be Schiedam's townhall. Located right in the town centre. Highly recommended

In the beautiful center of the city by the river Schie; Schiedam city: The historic, 350 years old (former) city hall. Partially destroyed by fire, reconstructed, it finally obtained a new destination, that of a brasserie, restaurant, bar, terrace, weddings receptions, formal meetings, seminars. At walking distance are amazing, houses, former industrial buildings, art galleries, tall historic urban wind mills, canals, river Schie, old bridges, intimate, narrow, cobblestoned streets, al kinds of stores... An amalgam, a celebration of history and contemporary lifestyle.

We called ahead for our group of 12 international business travelers. They were well prepared and ready for us. The lunch options were good and got to try some every day, non-tourist food. Staff was helpful and patient.

Lovely lunch in the sunshine although the waiter seemed more interested in talking to his friends than serving us. Excellent food as always even if we just missed the lunch service and had to munch on some Dutch "delicacies" until the dinner service started.

Have eaten here twice now, both excellent experiences. The food is not only very good but the house wine pairing is also great. Service very friendly and accommodative, eg. good gluten free bread. Highly recommended.

Best restaurant in the surrounding. Very good and proffesional service. Prices are a little bit higher than other restaurants but its definitly worth it!!

We went for a liquid lunch, had a great Riesling.

Quite calm, ideally located in Schiedam city center, sympathic people there, prices aren't as expensive as expected, I genuinely recommend ✅

The personnel is attentive and you can taste the tlc that goes into the dishes.
