In a very nicely situated place, you can find this lovely restaurant. We visited on a dark winter evening, but even then you can see that it must be beautiful here by day.
Even on that cold evening, we certainly hit the jackpot in this place. Everything was executed close to perfection, from the alcohol free apetizers, to the beautiful (and delicious) vegetarian options, to the great selection of cheeses for desert. The menu really holds something for all. I started with the Martino tartare, a vegetarian tartare with carrot as its core ingredient. Super tasty, with some sours from the pickled elements, to the little sting from the harissa. Great dish. The roast of the day (beef) was very well prepared and served with a delightful sauce. And fries.
Staff is very professional, welcoming, kind and helpful. And even special requests are taken seriously. And, as far as we experienced, accepted. Just one example: they did not have an affogato on the menu, but on request, they simply made one tailored to our taste. There was also enough staff at hand, and they were paying attention. So, they were not at our table when not needed, but immediately ready to assist when wanted.
We had a great evening. If you are in the Brabant province of The Netherlands, you would do yourself a favor going here.

Lovely setting, easy to find, beautiful location with a park one can wander in to lose the calories. Meals are beautifully presented and the service is super!

A beautiful spot to sit down on the patio and take in the view over the lake while enjoying the excellent food being served. The excellent service with a smile is the icing on the cake. Nothing is lost if the weather forces you inside as the atmosphere and decor matches the surroundings.

We came here on a sunny day for lunch and the views and decor is amazing, that's all we really came for, but was pleasantly surprised.

The starter soups we had were absolutely perfect, lobster soup had perfectly cooked lobster and seasoned to perfection. The tomato soup was also out of this world it was fresh, smooth and bursting with flavour.
The bread was super tasty to!

The pork satay was the best satay I have had in the netherlands, the pork was cooked to the exact second with perfection. Juicy and SO tender.

I will be making this place a regular spot!

Update:
It's still fantastic if not better than before! We go as many times as possible when in the area.
It has baby change facilities and all very clean and "Gezelik".
The baby changing table is the only thing I would change. It's feel rather unstable so I hold it up with my knee when changing.

Great fancy place to eat. They serve classy food so small servings but high quality dishes. Plate decoration was very beautiful.

We were with a group of 10 people and 8 of us had deer but some had good juicy ones while others had dry ones. We didn't get them replaced. But I'm guessing that's because it was a Christmas lunch and the restaurant was pretty full at that time. So they probably couldn't spare any extra pieces of meat.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Gluten free dining here is limited. But their gluten-free bread was pretty good.

Very Nice environment for a morning walk.

Cosy atmosphere. Good food. Lovely place to sit and enjoy the view of some nice nature. Friendly staff. Free WiFi and parking. Prices on the higher side. Small playground for kids next to the terrace.
