I did not make an appointment, just showed up. No surprise, all the sales people were busy with other clients. Still, I was offered a drink and a nice place to wait.
I got my feet tested, with video recording analysis, and all the explanations. After a few tries, I found my perfect shoes.

Staff carefully listens to your previous experience with running, goals and issues. Staff are all experienced runners and they create a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Good stuff, will recommend to friends.

This store is really good with experts who can guide you better. Today Bas was there to help me. I am looking for Hoka one one shoes in black color though they r not available in store so he ordered online for me after giving trail for other color in same model. Listen to u very carefully, do proper analysis n guide u best. Overall highly recommended

I had an amazing experience here. The lady took time to get to know me, my running habits and training schedule, as well as where I run, etc. she gave me a gait test, took the time to explain how my feet are working and describe what should be happening in my ankles and feet. I tried on several shoes and was offered opportunities try them out in the store, as well as outside. In the end I was able to fine two pair of shoes I love. I highly recommend this shop for the service and products.

I had an excellent experience at this shop, RunnerWorld (Amsterdamse Bos)! I needed a need a new pair of running shoes. The staff is extremely helpful. I told that I had been suffering from a little knee pain after my longer runs. They brought out several types of shoes to perform video analysis. They started with a shoe with little support, performed the video analysis, and showed me the results, with clear explanations. They repeated with shoes offering more support, until the video analysis showed a good running stride, with good support. Once the analysis completed, they offered me several shoes to chose from, until I found a good match. Great advice, no pressure = excellent experience and purchase! I highly recommend them!!

I have bought several pairs of shoes from this store and always had a good experience. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure you find the right shoe.

If you run often this is a good place to get your shoes. All employees seem experts and will make a video of your running style to see which type of compensation and so which show you need. Plenty of shoes in storage and feel free to ask them to have a try outside, they don't mind!
