I have bought a Beovision 7-55 and Beosound 5 new from Bang & Olufsen Hegeman. They excelled in both delivery, installation and service. There was a small dent in the speaker front, they changed it without a quibble. The installation included pulling cables in the walls, also a job well done. In the years following, I have enjoyed their friendly service and welcoming attitude several times.

If you do not live around the corner in Amstelveen or Bussum, you better stay away from this company. The logistic department is not up to date concerning the handling and sending of packages abroad. To refund the VAT they need 3 months. Even though you ask the company to cover a transport insurance, you will not be duly compensated for repair costs after damages occured during transport.
