Altijd goed werk, denken mee, controleren bij afwijkingen, Indien spoed zullen ze hun best doen om je te helpen (zelfs met recept naderhand).
Medewerkers kundig en altijd vriendelijk.

I visited three times. I got the medicines i needed but i found the staff rude. The place is neatly maintained.

Unfriendly staff! ESPECIALLY the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses. RUDE! I cannot believe they allow someone like her to work in a pharmacy. She is not clear in giving explanations and responds disrespectfully. All the workers here are not friendly, very slow with work and provide incorrect details. Shame for the pharmacy

Had to pay full price for what I wanted, despite the doctor telling me that insurance would pay for it. That is because they could not find my details in their system. After purchase of medicines I realised that the sticker has all my information wrong. Entered incorrect date of birth and name.... through entirely their fault, I had to pay. Avoid.

The middle aged lady is the worst and least welcoming person in the neighborhood. That's a shame when you are supposed to help people and be a seller.

ik krijg me medicijnen niet terwijl dat recept van dokter is, ze maak het herhaal recept van zo te zien weet ze meer dan mijn eigen dokter en ze wil het ook niet bezorgen en ze bemoei met je prvie leven

Langs apotheek geweest medicijn ophalen, hoorde van balie medewerker: "ZECHT HET MAAR"
dacht ik wat is dat voor een belagelijke communicatie? normaal gesproken horen we: KAN IK U ERGENS MEE HELPEN? ze heeft (vrouw rond 50 jaar met grijs haar) niet begrijpen om betere manier met klanten om te gaan en klant met respect behanedel.

Dat vond ik waardeloos!

Klantvriendelijkheid hebben ze bij deze apotheek niet bepaald hoog in het vaandel... onbeschoft, incompetent en chagrijnig personeel. Zowel aan de telefoon als aan de balie. Geen aanradertje.
