A loss of time. You wait for them to resolve a matter for which they are hired and after a long wait they happen to not know what to do.
On addition, as a customer using the surface “nmbrs”, I am quite disappointed. Constantly need to contact them to fix stuff in it, data is not accurate and every time I want to access I need to contact them (even though access should be always available according to the contract). I would recommend finding another accountant for your company, the service here is quite bad and they are unable to advise as expected.
