Normal procedure should see any terms of engagement of work quoted for, signed and agreed in advance. Attended a general discussion on requirements I had and had a few calls & emails later with some tax calculations, submissions and the review of one contract of work.

A shocking bill came through for 1200EUR soon after. Bill was inclusive of €130 for an initial 30min meeting to gather requirements and a few €30 charges for each 2 minute phone call had. Not to mention the charges per email sent on their side which were ridiculously priced. No charges were fully disclosed at initial meeting stages & attitude when I questioned the bill was very poor.

I would avoid business with this company if you like a crystal clear bill in advance with no hidden surprises. If you are a current client ask to see the breakdown on their system for your bill as they over calculate these costings with the excuse of “time for preparation”

koopman &co geeft mooie offertes uit.. prima prijzen zou je denken... totdat je met ze in zee gaat.. Dan krijg je rekeningen op rekeningen waar je niets van in de offerte terugziet..
