We visited the agriport yesterday and we could have spent the whole day there. It was interesting and overwhelming in it's size. I can't imagine anyone not being amazed by this facility. A married couple owns it and the wife conducts the tour. It cost many millions of dollars to build all the greenhouses along with the hydroponic equipment. Heat is supplied by four geothermal water wells and soon heat generated by the Microsoft facility next will pump given off from their electronics. A must see.

Ontzettend interessant om een kas eens van binnen te zien. Verder een zeer goede rondleiding gekregen waar alle aspecten van de onderneming aan bod zijn gekomen.

Interessante rondleiding door een zeer enthousiaste dame. Een aanrader om eens een, heel erg groot, modern glastuinbouwbedrijf te bezoeken.

Wil je weten hoe innovatief de tuinbouw is en wil je weer eens wat anders met een groepsuitje dan is een bezoek aan Agriport zeker de moeite waard.
