Delicious food, friendly but understaffed staff,they were running fast, great place to sit and watch the boats go through the locks.
Definitely a place to visit again.

Just went in to try and was amazed by the quality of the food. Had the dr aged flank steak, deer fillet and carpaccio. Everything was absolutely delicious. Especially loved loved the deer fillet. Finished with a very nice chocolate lava cake with a very refreshing sorbet. Staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the visit.

Being a skeptical tourist, I didn’t expect to find their fried chicken tenders this juicy and crispy! The restaurant offers a great view by the river as well. A good place to stop by!

Food was really good! I would not have expected any less. And the service was perfect as well. The two hosts were really great and brought in a lot of good ambience. Would certainly go back!! The carpaccio with truffle mayo was my favourite!

We were late, we brought noisy children! The owners or manager was very kind and the food was excellent. What a lovely place to visit, we were staying nearby and despite staying a little longer than we should, were treated with graciousness. Thank you! Bedankt!!

Delicious food, great service and a view

We visited this restaurant very randomly after our visit to pompus island. The assorted platter was very delicious and crispy with 5 different sause options. Had brownie with vanilla ice cream as a dessert. Very well done. It is right next to the canal bridge the opens horizontally to let boats go. Very nice to see while you enjoy good food on a sunny day.

what a great find on our journey. Soup was fantastic and veggie burger was delicious. Really nice service and the owner, Paul, was so welcoming that it turned lunch into a memorable highlight of our trip.

Enjoyed a Mediterranean quiche with chips (fries) & salad. When the weather allows it's wonderful to sit outside and watch the boats go by. Although it's a very popular venue - for good reason. Very good coffee and desserts too. Be patient when it's crowded but it's worth the wait - you were watching the boats anyway...

Great food, super friendly staff en good location. As a vegan (for my health and the environment) it’s not always easy to eat out. But the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The chef made a lovely tofu curry with rice and papardums. My boyfriend had the tuna on linguini. Also delicious. We will definately be back!!!

A great cafe to take that wonderful person that you love so deeply. The outside terrace on the river Utrechtse Vecht makes any occasion going there very nice. But taking my wife there and sharing time together is always a wondrous time. Oh in addition their service, food, and staff are great and if they weren't one wouldn't take the love of their life there.

Great food quality at a reasonable price, not all dishes were available at rush hour though. Was a little bit disappointed for that.

Wonderfull place to sit along thecchanal. The waiters were very kind, nice and peofetional. The servicecwas quick and the food was very good. Really recomand to eat here.. :)

Very good food, nice staff, interesting paintings on the wall. Flammkuchen with salmon was perfect (only a bit small :))
