Regus - Almere, Almere Station

Fijne werkruimte kunnen huren voor bepaalde tijd. Netjes en schoon, prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 16e verdieping!

Een kantoor , de meiden van de receptie super leuke meiden. 1 van de redenen waarom wij nog blijven is de service. Nora die wij kennen vanaf het begin heel vriendelijk lief en behulpzaam. Zoekt altijd voor een oplossing! Top vrouw

Website glitches didn't allow to book a spot smoothly, had to try couple times. Ended up paying double booking, though only one booking confirmation received...

Customer service is quite unresponsive, was trying to convince me that this is totally my fault that their checkout process doesn't work properly. On top of that, once was working there, half of the time internet didn't work and had to do Hotspot myself.

It was my first time with Regus, and so far don't plan to come back.

Update: only after leaving review here, global customer service refunded 2nd payment. What is good of course, but too much actions need to be done for such small thing.

Kantoren zijn modern maar service is ondermaats. Parkeerkosten zijn exhorbitant hoog. Administratie vanuit hoofdkantoor is zeer matig, wacht 1,5 maand na einde contract nog steeds op het terugstorten van de borg.

Geen aanrader.

The office is nice, facilities for coffee are lacking as the catering company that served the building is gone.

However we had the worst onboarding from regus:

Double Billing, Products and services missing in portal, false late payment fees, constant back and forth with regus support.

While most issues except for the fact our list of invoices are so dynamic for costs and services it’s near impossible to understand due to all the mistakes it’s been 5 months and we are still not entirely out of the woods.

Contracts you make with regus are not aligned to a starting date and the billing portal is legacy and lacking an overview of information needed by a finance department to be able to manage contracts effectively.

If you want an office in a company that really does not care about your company and an American culture that is process driven to the point its so inefficient REGUS is for you.

If you are looking for a modern coworking experience where the customer satisfaction is a priority choose any other company.

Wat een vreselijk, ontzettend onprofessioneel bedrijf is dit. Huur hier alsjeblieft nooit een kantoor want de service is ongekend slecht.

Facturatie loopt al drie kwart jaar slecht. Ze incasseren dubbel of sturen aanmaningen terwijl de huur gewoon is betaald. Beloven verlaging omdat ze fouten maken maar sturen alleen maar hogere rekeningen.

Het verloop van personeel is bizar. Elke maand zit er iemand nieuws als aanspreekpunt. Niemand weet ergens iets vanaf waardoor wij met onze vragen nergens terecht kunnen.

Wij waren zeer tevreden over ons kantoor zelf en de locatie.

Maar in combinatie met problemen met facturatie, wisselend onprofessioneel personeel, slecht internet, hoge huur hebben wij besloten op te zeggen.

En ohja de koffie is tot slot ook nog eens niet te pruimen!!!!

Benieuwd hoe lang Regus ons nog gaat achtervolgen met loze dreigbrieven over geld waar ze geen recht op hebben!!!
