Simply yummy and delicious 😋

We were here last year and decided to go there for lunch today.
The weather was great and we got a got on their back terrace which was less windy than the front.
We ended up having an extended lunch.
I had a Panini Tuna Melt and EL had a Panini with ham, cheese and vegetables. We also shared a big serving of Nacho Cheese.

For dessert I had an Oreo Cheese cake which isn't on their menu !!! So keep that in mind 😁😁😁
EL had a nice Ice cream Coup with other stuff mixed in.
All in all we were both quite full.
The price for all that was not crazy expensive, so definitely a place to visit if you are in the area.
The location is quite good, it banks onto the Ijsselmere and behind it is a pretty good camping location.
It's not very far from where we live, so I think we will be visiting alot for sure!!

Outstanding view and good beer! We cycled from Purmerend and enjoyed the sunset there, the view is amazing, unfortunately we didn’t have the time to other some food. The beer was nice and cold tho. Next time we will try some food!

We took the 316 bus from Volendam into Edam and walked about 20 minutes through a lovely neighborhood and eventually ended at a car park. We were not sure what to expect most of the walk and were unsure if we were on the right route, but so glad we kept on! A lovely little restaurant on the water, great meal, friendly service, and a very necessary 30 minute walk back along the seafront to Volendam. Highly recommend. The plaice fillet rolls with purple cabbage mashed potatoes was the best meal I've had so far!

You don’t expect to find quality restaurants inside motorhome camping sites; this is a rare exception. We had the special, entrecôte steak cooked perfectly and apple strudel, ice cream and cream, so very delicious and decadent. The staff are lovely and the sea view is stunning

Completely happy and satisfied with our dinner there.
Staying in Edam, we were struggling to find an affordable and good restaurant not too far on our last day.
What a very pleasant surprise!
The food was very good. We had the Goat cheese salad and the vegan krokets with a salad and fries. Everything was good and in generous proportions. For dessert, the berry cheesecake and the oreo one were delicious. Sadly, I just couldn't finish my slice as I was full.
The staff was nice and helpful. The seats were comfortable.
And to top it all off : the view was gorgeous.
We spent a nice evening there with no regrets, except maybe at not having discovered the place sooner.

The outdoor furniture is very well maintained. They are either new or cleaned with a pressure washer. At this place we could eat very well while looking at the water and the ship entrance. The restaurant is right on the water. Great atmosphere... Everything was great... The whole group liked it very much. Everyone was happy. Our recommendation stands.

Next to sea and a canal. Sitting near canal gave a good shelter from the sea wind, and we enjoyed watching sailing boats coming back during lunch. Food is simple but ok.

The coffee was nice, didn't try the food yet, but a very strong 5⭐ for the atmosphere.

Easily my best cafe ever.
The atmosphere there is so nice.
The cafe is right on the water side which feels amazing.
I mean the photos describe it.
The food is ok, dessert is nice and coffee is nice.
But thats all i ask for in life.

cozy place with a great view on the Markenmeer. Excellent as a lunch spot if you are sailing. Friendly staff, excellent food, good beer choice.

Really nice atmosphere if you sit outside close to the water. I would recommend the ribs however they have lots of other options.
