I had a great experience purchasing a vintage bass guitar of my dreams that was posted on the Reverb site. Frans was super helpful (and trusting) to accept my intention to purchase and to hold the bass until I had funds in place. Great communication and a super nice human experience.

I bought a guitar from The Guitar Farm earlier this year. I had been looking for this exact guitar, finish, year, everything, for quite some time. Frans was extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. The guitar was in absolute perfect condition as described (it was listed as NOS) and was packed with care and precision, something I am grateful for since it was coming from overseas. I cannot recommend The Guitar Farm enough, quality gear, great service, fair prices, it doesn't get any better than this.

I bought a guitar from these guys a few months back. I was nervous because I had never dealt with them before and I live in US so I was a little worried about the shipping. But the guitar I was looking for was rare; it was only the second one I had ever seen listed. The price was good and Frans was super responsive so I decided to go for it. I could not be happier. The guitar arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. He even threw in a cool vintage hard shell case.

Now that I have my dream guitar I don’t need to buy any more (at least for now) but when I get the itch again, I’ll certainly see what the Guitar Farm has to offer.

I placed my order online so and have not yet had the pleasure of visiting the store in person.

Communication was great, very quick and direct. Guitar was shipped across the world quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I was worried about having a guitar shipped such a long distance. It was shipped in a hard case with plenty of additional protection in the form of bubble wrap and various other packaging.

I would recommend this store to anyone, whether online or in person.

I came across this store by accident, and I was looking for a clip on tuner. Even though it was running toward closing time, I decided to enter.

I was greeted by a very friendly owner and his equally friendly dog. The owner got me the tuner and encouraged me to browse around. It is always fascinating to look at various guitars. One G&L Telecaster immediately jumped out! A black burst with the wood grain subtly visible. All the rest was 'oh cool, more guitars' but this one was instantly amazing. With some encouragement from a friend and the owner I played it. The owner was very discrete and went in back to check some of his business so that I did not have to be ashamed of my humble beginner skills. The instrument did only look amazing, but it felt and sounded great! After some deliberation I decided to buy it.

The owner insisted that I had to drink a coffee and we exchanged good stories about guitars and life in general. The comfortable chairs made it very living-room-ish comfortable. A good state to give the purchase a final thought and to eventually pay and leave. He even included a strap and a set of fresh strings to complete the package.

When my friend and I were celebrating the new guitar in the cafetaria across the street, he even brought me the clip on tuner that I forgot in my excitement, and I was told to be always welcome for a coffee, even if I was not directly in the mood for buying anything.

I will definitely be returning to this little paradise in Wijhe.

I bought my PRS Ted McCarty from The Guitar Farm. I found Frans to be helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The guitar shipped on time and arrived ahead of schedule. A terrific experience all around.

Great store with cool guitars and great service! The selection of instruments is cool and they sometimes have cool rare items. No ridiculous prices but fair prices which is nice too. Go check it out and for questions you can always talk to the personnel as they are very helpful.

My first Reverb buy, and I could not be happier with the seller, or the guitar.

Ordered the guitar Sunday night. The Guitar Farm shipped it a few hours later, first thing Monday morning. The pre-newCITES dreadnought breezed through US Customs and arrived the next Monday morning in Seward, Alaska, USA - in spotless and printless condition, set up perfectly, with some unexpected goodies and a handwritten Thank You from Frans O.

So I went to the Guitar store yesterday, to sell some of my guitars and I was welcome by a perfect duo (owner&dog) so I was there for 2 hrs and some cappuccinos, but the sale itself took maybe a minute or two lol. Very cool Cat and dog 😁
