I'm in Canada, they're in the Netherlands. The part I needed wasn't available in Canada, and US retailers aren't allowed to export gun parts.

I ordered the part on Monday night and had it in my hands by Friday. That's pretty impressive. Ok, granted, part of that is UPS, but still... I placed the order monday evening my time, so they were already closed. They had the part picked, packed, and shipped basically right after they first saw the order, during the busiest time for retail. If they'd taken a day to process my order, UPS probably doesn't get it here until late next week, what with all the holidays and crazy weather here in Canada right now. Honestly I kind of assumed I wouldn't get the part until the new year, but its here before Christmas.

They are just pathetic in terms of customer service. They are so irresposible that they don't reply to queries in a timely manner. If they reply, they act like they are doing favors to their customers. I'm fed up with them. Next time I'll buy from other "well-mannered" suppliers.

UPDATE: After posting my review they replied and followed up with my order. They also sent me the missing parts I didn't receive earlier. Thank you.

Outstanding price, service, and shipping time to the U.S. As others have noted, there is a high risk of having Customs rip your packing box to shreds looking for firearms if you are importing to the U.S. -- exactly what happened here (looks like the checkpoint in Cologne takes the credit in this case). A very sheepish UPS driver came off his truck with the open-ended box and said, "Hey don't use this to shoot me -- this is how I picked it up." He noted the shipping damage on his delivery manifest.

Luckily the gun was pristine -- it came packed in a heavy-gauge plastic bag that probably saved the cosmetics. Krale is THE place to get factory 12 fpe HWs that aren't sold in the States nor exported by other vendors, and thanks to U.S. exchange rates, prices are like time traveling back to the 90s.

After receiving a red dot with a defect it was quickly resolved by customer service (Björn) and the replacement optic was thoroughly checked before it was shipped. Very happy with my purchase and the offered service

I bought a new nikko stirling ir scope. They were really fast, the package arrived in the next day.
Would be 5 star but the battery was not included with the scope. Maybe they opened the box and forgot to put it back, who knows.

Ordered a couple items on sunday. I paid via bank transfer. On monday they had already recieved the money and they immediately shipped the products. On tuesday it arrived at my home (and I don't live in the Netherlands)! Everything was incredibly well packaged and the products are exactly what I expected and paid for. The level of detail and thought that went into the packaging was refreshing (compared to many other companies that don't seem to know their own products or care about how something arrives at it's destination). I can only recommend this shop for ordering online and if I am ever in NL again then I'll make sure to give this shop a visit.

Being located in Germany, first I was hesitant to buy something "abroad", but the process, safety, communications and delivery time of 3days between payment and arrival, that was really an excellent and very professional experience. To be be honest, the majority of my regular vendors over here in Germany aren`t that good. Thx a ton! Definitely not my last buy with Krale.

Buying high end glass from overseas is scary. Do I trust the seller, is the product legit, ect. I bought a SB scope for $800 less than here in the states. I had a very unusual circumstance, as they could not get the base mount for a Ruger M77 from the factory. The factory kept telling them it was coming. It took me 4 months to get the products. I write to say the customer service was top notch. I have 71 email correspondence in that time frame. They never lost contact, after I paid. I kept waiting on the no show after you got my money. Did not happen. Once it was in the mail, it was at my door in 6 days. Buy with confidence. I would buy again!

Many UK customers should buy their air rifles and equipment from here, and not the UK. Much cheaper and easier if they shoot here also.

Honestly one of the best retailers I've ever had the pleasure to use. Even when my bank messed up the transaction they were fast efficient and exceptionally helpful I hope to use them for many many years to come and one day actually get to visit the store. 5* isn't close 10* is much more accurate.

I live in "rip off Britain" & choose to now order all my airguns from here.

Prices work out cheaper than buying from the UK, and delivery with UPS Express saver is often next working day & is competitively priced - again faster than ordering from my home country.

Communication from Krale is flawless, delivery is timely, it's cheaper importing from here than buying from my home country, and they stock lots with a live inventory.

I highly recommend this company, and now make it my 1st stop shop when looking for anything airgun.

In my review of an online purchase from the Dutch Krale gunshop, I must first and foremost thank them for everything they have done for me. If I had to describe it in two words, I would say it was a fantastic experience.

I bought the Katran rifle, the Pard night vision scope, the Hill pump and some other accessories.

When I needed to verify some technical parameter before my purchase, or when I just needed to ask something, they always helped me and responded to all my emails immediately.

The level of customer care is truly extraordinary here. It can be seen that they care immensely about each customer and I really appreciate that.
