Ik ben via een collega bij GoFysio terecht gekomen. Er waren meer collega's in behandeling bij GoFysio. Behandelend therapeut Tjeerd Kaarsmaker.

Vanwege een fysiek zwaar beroep was een goed werkend lichaam zonder klachten van groot belang. Tjeerd Kaarsmaker heeft dit altijd goed kunnen ondersteunen.

Tjeerd heeft mij in alle gevallen op zeer professionele wijze behandeld. Zijn behandelmethode heeft mij altijd weer snel op de been geholpen met een zeer positief resultaat.

Eindelijk specialisten die professioneel te werk gaan en weten waar ze over praten. Een mooi centrum waar je onder begeleiding van een fysiotherapeut ook super kan sporten. Ze letten gelijk op je houding en of jij wel goed de oefening doet. Kortom professioneel met een gezellige sfeer. Helemaal top!!

In tegenstelling tot veel andere praktijken kun je bij GoFysio ook terecht als je echt een specialist wilt spreken. In mijn geval speciaal voor mijn knie. Dat praat toch fijner als er een fysiotherapeut tegenover je zit waarvan je weet dat heel veel sporters (ook professionele) uit de buurt speciaal voor hem komen.

Heel goed geholpen. Na jaren met een blessure gelopen te hebben (en meerdere fysiotherapeuten geprobeert te hebben) , is het Mariska gelukt om hier eindelijk vanaf te komen. Onwijs blij met de kennis en kunde hier!

Goede kennis van zaken, betrokken en goede sfeer. Privé parkeerplekken.

Their appointment scheduling system (you also never get a call returned) is really poor which created enough confusion that I ended up paying for an appointment which I didn't know I had taken. Still difficult to believe that in 2018 there's absolutely no confirmation of the appointment that you get and then get charged without any discussion.

I made an appointment because I have suffered from a back contracture for years now. In previous treatments elsewhere, my physical therapist would spend at least 30 min treating this particular issue. When the appointment was made, I asked for the price, and one of the receptionists said I would be paying around 70 or 72 euros, since it was the screening appointment, and that if I needed following visits, they would be around 40. I agreed thinking they would test the state of my muscles and health. When I arrived, I went in the room with the therapist, who indeed asked me questions and took notes, but the treatment consisted of putting me on the bed, cracking the area and giving me a rubber band and some exercices to do. The whole thing, consultation and treatment, took only around 30 minutes. The bill, which arrived a few days later, was 80 euros. If the treatment had been effective, I wouldn’t be writing this, but I had the exact same pain the very next day, and every day after, even when doing the exercises indicated by the fysio. I don’t even question the method or the timing. I question the efectivness of the treatment, and the fact that I can’t prove it was not useful, so I had to pay for it anyway. For sure I won’t be coming back, and I would advise anyone who makes an appointment to ask in advance what kind of treatment is going to be provided.

This one is a rip-off.
I have invoice for intake twice. I understand invoice for each sitting but how can it be intake of one person at same branch be twice. Just cos I was referred to different physio within same branch after few sittings. This doesn't seem fair. Plus an invoice for an appointment that was cancelled.
I get no response to my emails, but reminders to pay invoices.

De eerste intake was zeer nuttig en heb hier goede oefening gekregen. Echter voor de tweede afspraak is er alleen gevraagd of het goed gaat en dat was het geval. 2 minuten binnen geweest en dan het normaal vinden om 41,50 te rekenen. Ik begrijp dat de medewerkers declarabel moeten zijn, maar dit is belachelijk en totaal niet klantgericht.

Sturen onterecht een incassobureau op je af terwijl ik op e-mail bevestiging kreeg dat ze een fout hadden gemaakt. Daarna nooit wat van ze vernomen en nu 50 euro extra kosten? Belachelijk slechte administratie.
