I popped a tire on my cargo bike pretty far from home, in the rain, with 2 little girls on board. It wasn't looking good for us - it's not a common bakfiets and some have trouble making repairs. I was not looking forward to all the things I'd have to cancel. But then Jacco stepped in and saved the day. So quick. So friendly. For the price of the tube. Jacco, you rock.

Fantastic store with great selection. Prices happen to be compatative with big online retailers. The staff is super friendly and are ok with last customers being a bit late.

I had issues with a new bicycle bought online: the bicycle itself was OK but when I rode it I realised I didn't like it at all.
I used the "Omruilservice" and was able to get this sorted out quickly and in just about 1 week.
It's easy to share a 5 star review when everything goes well, but in my case everything about how my case was handled was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Huge and beautiful store where you can find everything related with bikes and biking. The staff is helpful, and they are bikers as well (at least the ones I talked to), which means they understand what you need.
There is more than enough variety for price range for many products. The ability to measure your sitting bone distance for free is much appreciated.
Also parking is free for two hours, and quite cheap afterwards.

I purchased Lapierre Sensium 3.0 Disc road bicycle and was very happy with the customer service. Staff is very friendly and answered all my queries. Now this place has become my go-to store for buying bike and accessories! Thank you Mantel team. :)

I brought two bicycles for maintenance to Mantel in Utrecht two weeks ago. The service team has done very professional job, from bikes delivering until we picked them up. The service was done in a few hours so we could pick up our bikes the same day. Hereby I would like to thank to the whole Mantel team.

Professional and helpful team. They go the extra mile to make customers happy. I went there at the end of the day to pick up my gazelle, the bike needed tuning before being city proof and there were only 10 mins to the closing time of the store. The workshop team however decided to finish a bit later and help me getting my bike ready as I live quite far from the shop. Thank you!!

Good selection of products and an indoor test track. How cool is that! You get very helpful advice from staff and free installation for your accessories. All in all, a very nice bike store.

I got my new bike in Mantel last week. The service was 5 star and the staff was very kind and helpful in finding the right bike. Also, 2 hours there felt like 10 minutes - I could see everything I was looking for, from bike to cycling shoes, from lock to bike bag. Highly recommend!

Everybody in any shop is very friendly before your purchase. But, what important is to get support when something goes wrong after your purchase. It was very disappointing to detect a manufacturing problem with my 2 weeks old Cannondale Synapse 105 Carbon.

First, Mantel's call center was very helpful to make a quick appointment at Mantel Utrecht. Second, Wolfgang at the service desk of Mantel Utrecht was super supportive. He confirmed the problem with his colleagues very quickly and explained all the options that we can consider to solve this issue (a quick fix to return of the bicycle). Finally, we agreed to order a new bicycle for a replacement.

So, I am glad that I made my purchase at Mantel. Thanks Wolfgang! Thanks Mantel!

Super professional purchase experience in Netherlands!

I've shopped online with Mantel for a while and now we're allowed to shop again had a look. Fantastic shop with fun layout (and in-store test track)! Due to corona we made it a quick visit but we plan to come back again.

I have been this morning ( Saturday so busy day) and, besides the best price on the market for the biking products, by the nice and professional people working at Mantel, I have been impressed by the nice and professional people working there ( especially Linda and Daan 😊). They helped me with the setting of the DT Swiss wheels even if they were really busy, and their smile was the most welcoming and appreciative attitude.

Incredible service and also some great products . Really helpful and friendly (in contrast to some other places I visited) Floria , Herman, Ivan and Gerand all helped me out at different times. Thanks guys

Great service and a big selection of products. Everything that I bought for my new bike was mounted. Staff is friendly and willing to help make the right decision for gear. Would recommend.

Was there to pickup a bike that I ordered online. True to their words, the bike was made available the next day as advertised. Staff at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

A great bicycle shop with a large collection of all types of bicycles. Kind personnell. A bit out of the way if you don't live in Utrecht.
