Camping Weltevreden

This is a very good campsite with friendly staff, beautifully modern and clean shower and toilet facilities. The beach is a short but steep ascent (then descent) on steps over the dunes and is an expanse of sand that stretches miles in both directions. There is an historical interest too with the Brits landing here during WW2 for which there are several points of interest along the cycle path north-west to Westkapelle where a museum provides the history of the area and detail on the allies’ arrival in 1944. This is a summer seaside holiday destination. In winter, it has a different sleepier charm. We are very pleased to have stumbled upon it.

Camped here. The facilities are modern and really clean. The staff are friendly and it’s a perfect location to the beach.

I've stayed at a lot of campsites over the last two years, and can say that this is definitely one of, if not the best!
The bathroom area is absolutely top quality, the showers are a good size with everything in them you need like shelves for your clothes and shampoo etc. There is also enough room so that you can move comfortably without knocking your elbows on everything! Also the shower pressure is very good.
The situation of the site is ideal if you come with a dog as you are just a very short walk away from the beach, our dog loved it here.
All in all I can see why this is such a popular site and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful campsite directly at the dune. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, family-friendly. The beaches of the region are fantastic and not overcrowded. The surroundings invite to be explored by bike and bus. Large supermarket within walking distance. Bastiaan sells excellent bakery products, homemade cuisine, sandwiches and a good café in its small shop between the two campsites.

Spent one week there. We wanted a camping ground without fancy stuff but with free sanitary, electricity and Wifi for a good price. Sanitary treatment and building (toilet, shower) available. Washing machine and dryer available. Microwave and public fridge. Wifi coverage is really good but the internet itself is not fast and sometimes has problems on older devices like connection drops, not fast enough for YouTube twitch or Netflix. Working was hard using that Wifi. It is not encrypted so if you're working while being there you should get a secure VPN provider. The little shop next to the campers is really nice and prices are okay. You get everything you need including chemical dissolvable toilet paper, chocomel and charcoal. Bus stop in front, beach reachable within 3 minutes on foot. Supermarket 1.3km away. Playground and other activities for children are available. Really peaceful. Staff is really nice and helpful. Next time we're here we will stay here again. The only thing I'd like to be improved is better toilet paper and slightly longer shower times (currently 4:30 minutes hot water per shower) ;-)

Now if they would enforce their own “quiet after 22:00” rule on the playground, which is directly adjacent to sleeping areas, that’d be perfect. :/

Überschaubarer Campingplatz mit sehr persönlichem Service, direkt hinter den Dünen gelegen. Saubere Sanitäranlagen. Sehr hundefreundlich.
Zumeist Rasenplätze, Holzpaletten zum Auslegen sind an jedem Platz vorhanden.
Der direkte Weg zum Strand führt über teils gewaltige Treppenanlagen, man sollte also schon gut zu Fuß sein.
Ich kann nur für Vor-/Nachsaison sprechen, da ich nicht zur Hauptsaison reise.

Wirklich toller Platz, nahe zum Meer. Große Stellplätze mit Holzpaletten.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber.
Das zweite Mal mit Hund dort gewesen und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden.

Hier een klein weekendje overnacht. Mooie locatie, sanitair was schoon. Ideaal van een familie douche ook. Wandelafstand naar het centrum van Zoutelande. Personeel was vriendelijk en de plek waar onze camper stond was niks op aan te merken :) zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Toll gelegen fußläufig zum Strand, Stellplätze einzeln abgegrenzt durch Hecken. Das Sanitärhaus ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir waren mal wieder nach längerer Zeit für eine Woche auf dem Platz 5 und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Personal sehr nett und die Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Met camper en hondje,heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Sanitair super onderhouden en lekker verwarmd. Strandbars voor het uitkiezen op wandel afstand, we zijn fan!
