Visited the mercedes Benz den Haag show room. Must say quite luxurious showroom with all the latest models you could think of and even with quite expensive sports cars as well. Very good and pleasant experience

Just absolutely perfect!, The sales person Edwin Rijghard did not try to talk me into something, 100% professional guy.

Mirror of my EQA damaged by a truck reversing. Went immediately to Forepark to see what the damage was. Got an appointment for the following day at 13.00hrs to replace the mirror. Had an important appointment for that afternoon and was told that the work would take about 90 mins. I asked if the job could be done any quicker and to my delight the car was ready within 1 hour - washed and cleaned!

Best customer service. The salesmen there are really helpful and patient. The showroom is arranged in amazing way and most of the cars are accessible for viewing the interior except for the very high end models which should be on demand on site (which is understood of course). Scheduling a test drive couldn't be easier as well.

Great services received!
Had issues with the breaks so brought the car in for diagnostic and repairs. The process from making an appointment to getting the problem solved was very smooth and handled with great care and attention. (I believe it was Jose from the workshop who helped me). The staffs clearly discussed the options and costs with me on time. Overall this is the service level expected from a premium brand, not like the other German competitor that bitterly disappointed us several times…

I give 5 stars because the service was good and they found and fix multiple issues in my car, but it took a lot to schedule and they left my car battery with 0% charge for 3 days that can result in battery damage even when I asked to charge it.

What an experience with the Mercedes Benz as well as with the staff. They have got all the collection of new models. Awesome customer service. This is where you feel the difference being an Mercedes owner and worth finding the money you spent on. Various buying options for the customers with finance and insurance under one roof. Best part is the good trade in value for your used car.

Great dealership went there for the maintenance of my car twice and was always very well received. Very nice to receive a video report of the work done on the car. Have not seen the new premises yet but from the exterior it looks great. Comparing Mercedes dealership with the Audi in Donau I was 10 times better received at Mercedes. I definitely recommend the place.

Nice dealership, nice showroom, and especially great waiting area - all for a reason. The quality of the cars and the service necessary connected to such quality does need a great waiting areas !
Driving C-coupe AMG (2 years old !!!) the radio just stop working for completely unknown reasons. Very "pleasant" experience with pretty new car. Coming to the AMG service - the first possible date is "just in 2 weeks time" !
"Bravo" to AMG quality, "bravo" AMG customer service !
Only remains to wonder if Hyundai or similar would need such a "nice waiting areas" for premium customers.

Update:
After the first complaint the MB dealership pick up the issue in a very short delay and treated and fixed the reported problem on best possible terms.
