I bought my 1st gpu (MSI 3060) from their online webshop. It was very easy to go through their website and look at the products. also the next day delivery is very handy.

Sunday 7pm I ordered a laptop, Monday 1pm it was delivered in Belgium... I'd say that's pretty fast.
On top, it was a great deal, good price/quality and I'm happy with my purchase.

I have approached the "Azerty" with an offer that I would like to buy PC components (listed above). They were cooperative and offered me a reasonable discount (considering market prices) on my purchase, which I have accepted.

Delivery time was stated (2-3 working days). I have paid on Tuesday, I have tracked the progress via Azerty's website. During this time, made a phone call to Azerty's service team, they were very cooperative, provided me with some updates and ensured that things are ongoing. On Friday, my products were packed and delivered to Post.nl. Saturday afternoon (around 1 pm), I have received completed and undamaged boxes.

All components were assembled the next day. everything is running smooth.
So far so good, happy with the purchase and would like to thank you "Azerty" for cooperation, mobility and hopefully with the reliability (this needs some time) of the products :)

Recently purchased a Ryzen 5000 series CPU, once again amazing service even though i had to wait little. Azerty kept me informed and delivery was perfect.

Bought one of their pre built systems, arrived fast everything was working, they took good care while packaging the pc to avoid damage, cable management is fantastic. Overall just top service!

I had ordered a graphics card in january but given the delay (from the manufacturer) I decided to buy another one. I received it in less than 24 hours (I live in Belgium) and I was reimbursed from the first one in 2 days. The technical service is impeccable.
Most of my computer components come from this website, they have one of the best ratio quality/price.

I ordered a graphics card and was worried about it because I couldn't find it anywhere else, but when I received the order all was working well and I'm happy with it.

My entire PC and its components were bought here, their service is cheap and fast.
Month ago a component had broken. Had to send my motherboard once, then another time with the CPU and RAM. Was a hard to find ram issue that showed like a motherboard defect. They fixed it quickly the second time I sent it. An email within 3 days of sending my components about a RAM replacement being on its way.

I had the full shipping costs returned to me the day after I emailed them the package price labels.
They let me upgrade my ram sticks for cheap by having me pay the low price difference from the broken 2x8GB sticks to 2x16GB sticks.

Very satisfied with their customer support too. Super quick and friendly. Ill continue to shop here for the foreseeable future

I definitely will buy PC components here again, and here's the reason:
I knew that not every item I ordered is in local stock. When they were aware that 1 item's shipping can last a month, they wrote me a mail immediately, given me the choice to modify my order.

Good delivery times and great service. I was one of the unfortunates that got a faulty component (CPU) in my order, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently, free of charge. They even tested my setup for me.

Definitely my go-to computer parts shop for now on.

I cannot overstate how happy I am with the products and the service provided. I had initially ordered an incompatible SSD for my laptop, but I returned it back, got a full refund and I was then able to purchase a new, compatible SSD for my device.

Their delivery is one of the best I have seen. I placed my order at 12 on a Thursday and Friday at 11 the courier was at my door. Very prompt service and quality products.

The customer service responds within hours, which is amazing.

Product arrived as described and very fast. Been super easy to set everything up, and for now I have no complaints.
