I had breakfast here two days in a row because of attending a festival. Both days the service was fast and staff were friendly and in a good mood. The food was very tasty and good coffee too. I was already a fan of Barista cafe in my own city but now also of the Emmen branch.

Amazing Cafe, child friendly, dog friendly, lots of space indoors and outdoors. There's kids toys inside and really nice staff. Came here three days in a row during my stay in Emmen!

Edit: back 5 months later, the place is still amazing with great staff!

Delicious food and coffee in a beautiful location. Highly recommend to visitors to the area. We’ve been back a few times and it’s always a great experience.

The best place for coffee far and wide. Coffee here is not good but excellent. You can really taste the subtle flavours of the roast in each cup and the team all care about the quality of the drinks and food. Each item I sampled so far was at least a notch better than all other places in this area offer. Plus the service is professional, friendly and -again- the really care about you as a guest. I recommend the Banana Bread with a cup of Lungo. The cookies that go with each cup are housemade and taste great as well.

I ordered ice coffe with Tiramisu (with cream) super tasty 😋

There's a Mini-Kitchen playable for kids, kept my son busy so I was able to enjoy my coffee.

Heerlijk eten met een wisselende kaart. Emmen heeft een eigen stukje kaart, dat niet elke Barista Cafe heeft. Service is warm, zodra je er vaker bent (wij dus) worden we hartelijk ontvangen en weten ze onderhand wel onze meest gebruikelijke bestellingen. Sfeer doet mij denken aan iets natuurlijks.

Kortom, wij komen hier vaker en blijven ook komen om heerlijk te lunchen en koffie en thee specialiteiten uit te proberen! Waar we uiteraard eigenlijk alleen uitkomen op twee die we vaker nemen.

Heerlijke koffie met gebak gehad. Kinderen warme chocomlek en ja hier kennen ze wel kinderporties. Goede service, de bediening hier begrijpt wat bediening inhoud, kunnen veel restaurants en cafes een voorbeeld aan nemen.

Snel geholpen door heel leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Veel keus in lekkere koffie, en heerlijk gegeten voor een prima prijs. Wij komen zeker terug!
