Delicious Dutch sausages, and coffees. The toilet was clean. Spacious restaurant with ample sitting. A unique kind of restaurant where they had small beautiful knick knacks for sale. The staff, a young lady and a gentleman, were quite friendly.

Well we had a bit a bad experience. The lady who helped us wasn't very friendly. Just came by, put the forks and knives on the table, didn't say anything. The younger woman was more friendly and gave us our food and said, hope you do like it, and it was very good.
Later came a customer in a wheelchair with her son and a friend. This woman couldn't decide what she wanted to eat. We heard the lady who wasn't friendly say to the old woman, now I told you everything of the menu card if you don't decide now we still stand here tomorrow!!! Very unfriendly she was only there for a few minutes!!
So it could be more friendly anyway.

Its a great place for a pitstop as it feels in the middle of nowhere. Good service and food, have been for years. Now the name has changed sone time ago but the same service still applies today.

Perfect to stop by for some food or just using the washroom. Everything was very clean.

On Friday it can get crowded and the service will take a bit longer, other days the service is quick and friendly.

Habe mir einen Kaffee gekauft. Ich bringe gerne meinen eigenen Becher mit, den ich im Auto bereit halte. Das ich einen Preisnachlass bekomme, habe ich schon öfter erlebt. Aber das der junge Mann vom Service in die Küche geht um den Becher nochmal zusätzlich zu spülen habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Vielen Dank!!
Heute wieder alles toll. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Salat und Kaffe waren sehr gut.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Jammer van de openingstijden 08:00 tot 20:00, dus als je iets later wilt dineren moet je naar Harlingen (of verder uit de buurt). In deze periode (winter) niets in directe omgeving te beleven. Wel op iets grotere afstand diverse musea, Franeker (Planetarium van Eise Eisinga +++++), Leeuwarden. Heel rustig gelegen en geen last van de snelweg ed.

Ik heb hier afgelopen maandag werkelijk van de lekkerste koffie met gebak mogen genieten en van een hele charmante en prettige bediening moet ik zeggen, ook niet geheel onbelangrijk. Een compleet geniet moment dus ik beveel deze locatie van HarTe aan!

Mooie stop op de Afsluitdijk en de moeite waard 🍀
Kamers hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.
We hebben hier geluncht en koffie gedronken.
