What a great museum about a great man and painter. Touching is the fact that Jopie himslef was involved in the design and content choices of the museum.

As a foreigner whose interest in art is of an amateur nature, this museum dedicated to s single artist, Jopie Huismam, located in a postcard town of Workum, Netherlands is every bit worth your time. The staff is wonderful, with time and smiles to share, and very knowledgeable. Park your car, visit the museum and then wander around town for food and drink.
