This was a second visit to The Picknickers and yet again they starred. The Maitre 'D greeted us remembering our names, We had booked earlier in the day and were offered a choice of where to sit, this visit we brought along friends who brought their 2 large Greyhounds with them, and this was no problem.
Again the service was excellent and the food outstanding.
Our friends ate off the standard menu but my wife and I had one of each of the specials. Yet gain the food was excellent.
We all had an excellent evening.

Great food and drinks menu offering something different to the usual Dutch classics. Staff were friendly and professional. And the location right next to the bridge and waterways was great… perfect summer vibes!

Wow! We drove passed and it looked interesting & our B&B also suggested it. Went yesterday and back again today. Great food, great hospitality. I would really recommend it.

One of our favorite spots. The location is splendid, close to the Heerensyl bridge, so Hafen-kino ('harbour slapstick') is guaranteed. My favorite poison: gin-tonic with Henrick's gin, cucumber, dille, pepper corn and a few little flowers if you are lucky, served with st. Pellegrino Tonic water.
They also stock fresh oysters!! (if the season is right). Finally try their burgers... world class !!
