Was op zoek naar mooie armband voor mijn moeder, die ze makkelijk zelf om zou kunnen doen. Winkelpersoneel had hier een goede optie voor, maar na even zoeken bleek die niet meer op voorraad. Dan maar een andere armband gekocht. Toen ik weer buiten stond, kwam één van de eigenaren achter me aan gehold: ze hadden er toch nog eentje gevonden. Mijn moeder is er erg blij mee. Daarom 5 sterren voor het meedenken en de service!

Moeilijk met terugnemen van dure kleding met een fout. Al stond ik als koper in mijn recht, toch kreeg ik mijn geld niet retour.
