Very bad customer service in the Gwanrimpa installation. First, they constantly don't make provision to give customers their balance and treat one like a petty thief when it is demanded for, lacking accountability. This has become tradition in this outfit.

Secondly, an attempt to return and exchange an earpiece that was became faulty (which was the agreement I had with the vendor at the point of sale) resulted in not only being denied the exchange but being peddled with unreproduceable words over a transaction.

Given this attitude, one should be careful given the fact that they sell essential, ingestible products and display no sense of responsibility with regards to quality or the welfare of the customers.

Absolute worst customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor by selling to you. Never going back there.
