A old hotel that was very attractive then and different event do hold their . But the hotel needs to be renovated so that it can attract people more

Mbaise Motel is located on the Owerri-Umuahia expressway, a few metres to Ahiara Junction. It is a serene environment. They have ensuite rooms with functional restrooms. An event hall is right inside the compound. Ample Car and wheelchair parking spaces. Nice budget accommodation. Payments can be made with cash or card. Drinks of all sorts including alcohols are available.

The hotel is calm, though it's not well maintained. It's one of those old time hotels. It served my purpose and I was okay with it.

It's an old motel, their bathroom and toilets are very dirty, they need renovation
