It's along IGEM road. IGEM road can be linked from the New Airport road or from the Gbaremu - Idi Obi road. It's a cool hotel with 24 hours power due to Solar-Inverter power.

Unifirst Hotel and suites is the best, I really had a nice time there. It's the best hotel I have ever logged. It's home away from home. There service was nice and they have good interpersonal relationship with their customer. Peter was the one who referred me and I didn't regret it.

Unifirst is a place to be, very conductive and comfortable. 24hours service with standby power supplied. Well trained staff with good customers relationship. Especially Modupe, she’s has good heart with well recommended.

Full power supply and I enjoy their Ac too restaurant is well set ND the laundry man is also good in ironing clothes also enjoy my complementary food....the receptionist on duty is beautiful ND friendly dupe is indeed active 🥰🥰

Unifirst hotel is located in a serene and conducive environment. The atmosphere is so cool and calm at Unifirst hotel Ibadan. The hotel building is luxurious and attractive. I always enjoy the good customer service of one of your waitress OLUWABUKOLA. She has good human relationship and friendly. She is a worthwhile waitress with distinguished character. Unifirst is Number hotel in Ibadan Oyo state. Keep it up...

WTF❤ The best hotel i can guarantee for everyone in Nigeria most especially in Ibadan … The location is wow and most importantly the Receptionist is the best I’ve ever met.. she’s one of the reason i like sleeping in that hotel leaving my home. I think she’s got to be a professor in marketing😂🌚.. Just ask to see Modupe and you just got the best of the best❤

Uni1st hotel but I call it airport hotel😃 is one of the best when it comes to hospitality and their security down to customer service are super cool mehn👊. My first encounter with one of their worker back then Modupe 😘 to get food was a good day for me, very accommodating, friendly, like the way she was advertising their services to me and I was like are you a marketing manager here😃. Kudos to you guys💯

To be very honest, I enjoyed my stay here and the receptionist modupe really has a nice way of attending to customers, i give her 100%
In conclusion this is a very nice Hotel.

I never regret lodging for the whole of four nights I spent there they are super active and good with good receptionist are beautiful coz I like ladies though thanks to dupsy she has good customer relations
