They need more staff! One person having so many responsibility. The registerer for new patients still the same person to do vitals and other patients have to wait till she's done recording. The person taking blood samples still the same person to get you results when you come back for it and you have to wait. They really need to improve on this as it's frustrating sitting down for this long just to get a genotype result in a private hospital

Hospital set up is nice and that's what the two star is for plus they eventually answer you the right way they they finally do.

The waiting time is too long.

I went there to complained about chest pain sometimes ago , I met with one of their doctors who told me to go for xray, he ticked Echo and Chest xray ,
after I did it ...I took the report back to him, only for him to say he didn't ticked the right xray test .
He then said I should go see a cardiologist. The hospital charged me (15000 naira) for appointment to see the cardiologist( is a good doctor)
I met with the cardiologist and he said the same thing, that Echo xray is not the right test ...that I should go and do ECG . I was asked to pay for another appointment with the cardiologist again.
The first doctor made me to waste 50,000.00 naira without being treated. The young Doctor didn't apologize to me for ticking the wrong xray test . Poor service.
